Restaurants rely on good service just as much as good food, and this was a clear example of how one person's attitude can ruin the entire experience. To clarify the issue with the size of the shrimp, most restaurants in the area will serve 26-35 or larger with an entrée. The bread that came with the platter was lightly toasted but flavorless, took one bite, left the rest. Service was fairly lackluster, which is unusual given their high level of service at the downtown location. My side salad came out with my entrée at the same time, which is kind of a pet peeve of mine, but maybe I should've asked that it come out ahead of my hot food . I just usually assume that most restaurants do this so maybe that one's on me. Neither my fish or shrimp were very warm, almost like they were waiting on the salad?
