Id recommend trying out the game area not so much the food side. Food was not that good, overpriced for the quality. Service was slow. We visited on a Sunday around 6:30 pm. They had maybe 4 or 5 tables of people eating total. A group of 6 adults with 4 kids, they just had drinks already, when we sat down. Everyone had left or was leaving before we got our food. It took a while to get our drinks and food, never seen our waitress again...so received no refills. We only seen our waitress to get the check and had to stop someone to get that from her. NOT Impressed with food side. We definitely wouldn't choose it again. We had 4 people order different thing; chicken Alfredo, fish & chip, class hamburger & fries, cheese burger & fries, Philly eggrolls appetize. NOT one person ate 1/2 of it. No one was happy with their dinner. Also They have specials!!! That you can combine games and food but no one mentioned it and when we ask, I was more confused because our waitress,had no idea herself and/or how to explain it. FYI The game side is pretty cool. Lots of games, clean. But there some thing management needs to address. Like when a game may have a problem, its hard to find someone for help. Since they all like to gather up in back area: blocking the ticket and prize entrance. Typically there will be 6 people only 1 or 2 actually doing anything. The rest are in the way and socializing instead of walking around incase a machine has problems. Instead of them grouped up socializing with each other, they could be walking around assisting customers with gaming machine questions and issues, helping customers with getting cards and loading them. And would be great to stop letting all those kids and teens run around chasing each other and bumping everyone and screaming in everyones ears. That happens everytime we go play. Plenty of customer with questions and issues. But they are stuck on a game and cant just leave it. But its really irritating when you have no choice but to walk to back corner where they all hang out again blocking the prize area doing nothing. There is no telling how much gets stolen out of that place. Not one person is inside the little prize room. All those employees are crowded around the register area flirting and cutting up. While one maybe two if lucky is helping customers that was lucky enough to make it through the employee's and other customer standing around not knowing wth to do. Only to get up there and have to wait till they stop chatting with all the others to help you. Only to give u the wrong amount because they are to distracted to actual do the job and pay attention. They never give you a bag, there's no way people dont just grab a prize and walkout. Its crazy how its consistently like that every time we go. They got to be losing merchandise because not one of those working can do anything when they are distracted and playing. read more

This is a delayed review from a visit July 2025 for lunch. Went with a group from work and had the famous one hour time limit. Everyone was able to order and get drinks pretty quick. Then it stalled. Long story short, have been avoiding this spot with the news reports of fights and gun play in parking lot. Seems I haven't been missing anything food wise. I suppose if I was looking for a place to play games and drink this would be a better option, but I own a gaming system and have a home bar. Food was as good as any drive through burger joint on a bad day, but served in slow motion. Group of 7 took over an hour and a half, and nope not a crowd, just 5 or so tables total seated. All in all, a poor choice for a workday lunch. I am sure if I had no time constraints it would have been better, but seriously, how long do restaurants think a workday lunch should take? Most folks have to commute from work to location, back AND eat in an hour, pretty standard in my world. Will not risk my job to eat here again. Just not worth it. read more

Dave & Buster's in Mobile is an awesome spot for family fun and good food! We attended our school's E-Sports end of year banquet here and it was a great time! From the attentive waitstaff (especially Rooster) to the yummy food to the endlessly fun games... this particular event could not have been held at a better place! Came by just to play a few games, most of them worked fine. However, the customer service was terrible. I accidentally left my prescription glasses behind, and when I called, I couldn't reach a manager. Instead, I was directed to a 1-800 lost and found number for Dave & Buster's that claims someone will reach out, but no one ever does. Even a simple call to confirm they didn't find them would've been appreciated. The staff in person also seemed very nonchalant and uninterested in helping. read more

Birthday party. Kids food cold. Party coordinator never asked adults if we needed anything. Finally a waitress came we had to ask for a menu she brought ONE menu. Waited for 40 more minutes as no one came back. Had to ask the front for a server. Party coordinator said "can you go to the bar to order because the waitress was busy and I can't order food "! First impressions; patking lot full of discarded food , trash, diapers. Inside ; we sat at the bar while we waited for our table. No one greeted us or made eye contact the whole time we sat there for 20 minutes. There was dirty dishes the whole time we sat there . We finally got called to our table next the bar and we watch the Sunday night game and left . They didn't clean the dirty dishes . There was only one servicer that was running around the rest were talking or on their phone. Manger on duty didn't seemed concerned with the mess everywhere or lack of service. The funnel cake fries were very good with the carmel sauce. The chocolate sauce wasn't very good. I'd buy again but ask for two carmels and no chocolate. The restaurant is dirty. I held two menus, both were sticky, as was the table. The appetizer plates were dirty and one had someone's hair on it. I didn't even want to touch the salt and pepper shakers. Service was average but our server wasn't very friendly. She seemed like she didn't want to be here. Overall, I'd eat somewhere else. read more

I would give this a four stars because the manager Rooster was very hyper and kind and very very helpful to me and my family always checking up on us and being very friendly. Busy place. Fun place to hang out and play games. Food service is not good. Very unprofessional when all the service staff is standing around laughing and servers are not checking on tables, to include the managers. Sat down at 8:35pm with the drinks we had from the bar. Server came by 20 minutes after we sat down took drink and food orders then crickets for another 30 minutes. Some of the Food rolls out and the Barbacoa Quesadilla had a used lime on it. Called the manager over had him take the quesadilla back and explained that we still haven't received any drinks. An entire order of chicken wings and fries never received. When the drinks finally made it out they were all wrong. Manager came out said he took off the items never received and added a military discount. (I'm a veteran). I don't usually write reviews, but Xavier Malone deserves all the recognition he can get. I first met him when he was working at SeeWeeRoll, and even back then, he stood out. He was always on point--super attentive, friendly, and just had this calm confidence that made the whole dining experience better. You could tell he genuinely cared about his work and the people he served. Fast forward, and now he's at Dave & Buster's--and somehow, he's gotten even better. Xavier has this rare mix of professionalism and personality that makes every visit feel like you're being taken care of by a friend who just happens to be excellent at their job. He remembers faces, makes great recommendations, and knows how to handle a crowd like it's nothing. If you see Xavier working, you're in great hands. Honestly, he's the kind of employee every place wishes they had. 10/10 would come back just to be served by him again. read more

I am leaving this review for rooster and Aaron who made my time at Dave & Buster's. Absolutely great. I'm in Mobile from Chicago visiting my family, my grandchildren, and my son and the sandwich that I received a Philly cheesesteak sandwich you knew all is funny that I received only half a sandwich for the amount of bread that I got but anyhow they made it right. They made me happy they fixed it and they are the best thank you rooster and thank you Aaron the managers a day and best Buster take care of yourselves. Go see them. read more

We went a couple weeks after it opened. The games were fun and the food was good. I ordered the adult chicken tenders and they were so small...they could have added more tenders to make up for that, but it was disappointing. Everything else was good. Especially our very nice waitress. They actually put a birthday party on her while she was still having to attend tables. She was still attentive, but you could tell she was overwhelmed with having tables plus a party. Place was clean and we had fun. read more

The staff seemed disinterested and unprepared to serve guests. I had to go to the bar just to locate the Manager on Duty, as there were no hosts or hostesses to greet or acknowledge patrons for nearly 10 minutes. The beer was flat, the food was mediocre, and the overall customer service was severely lacking. While the establishment itself is visually appealing, the lack of training and professionalism among most of the staff (with the exception of one helpful young lady and the Manager on Duty) made for a disappointing first time Dave and Buster's experience. I can only imagine how chaotic it must be during peak hours. Better staff training and stronger management presence are urgently needed if this business wants to succeed. read more

Was told the wait was 30 minutes but waited over an hour before checking back in at the host stand and was told the text system was down. Stood there several minutes before being seated because the 5-6 people standing there were chatting it up instead of showing us to our table. Then sat at our table for about 15 minutes before anyone ever came to take our order while half of the staff was in a back room rolling silverware even after I was handed an unrolled fork. Our waiter forgot several things we asked because he was standing in front of the kitchen chatting with other workers. came here last night around @10pm, not sure what our server's name was but she was a pale white girl with blonde hair she was EXTREMELY rude off from the start and gave us attitude while we were giving her our orders. she forgot half of our tables drinks and she was extremely unprofessional because she sat down in our tables seats which she invaded our personal space she gave attitude the entire time we were there. i recommend listening to the other reviews and DO NOT GO HERE BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! read more
