I have contacted this company no less than 6 times in a few months (3 in 2 weeks) begging for a modification on a closet & some extra shelves. The owner, Paul, actually came out for this reason in 2019, took measurements, etc, and I NEVER heard from him again. Then pandemic hit, we tabled until this year. But seriously, if he didn't want/need the job, just freaking be honest. Even his receptionist said she has no clue why he didn't contact me back. So, I will give my business to a competitor. This is what being a loyal customer gets you, apparently.

No thank you word after we paid the full invoice in advance. The destaging went even worse as they didn't respond on time to come to remove the furniture, and wanted to charge us for extra days of staging (invoice later cancelled, no apology). As we were out of town when they came to destage our house, we found out upon our return that we had several missing objects and a large painting missing! When advised, it took them 5 days to find and bring them back with barely any explanation or apology.

Upon our initial conference call with the employee in charge at DTM that day, they accepted responsibility and agreed to have the door and lock repaired. I then received a call from he owner of the company stating that they refused to take responsibility or have the door and lock repaired. After twenty years and countless referrals to them, we are now looking for another stager that will accept responsibility for the actions of their contractors. This was a bad business decision on their part. Very unexpected lack of professionalism.
