I would absolutely recommend April. She has changed my perspective on my hair and given me so much confidence. I followed her even when she switched salons and I would highly recommend her for haircuts and great balayages. I have gotten so used to trusting her that I can just give her vague instructions and she always does an amazing cut. When I had my balayage done about a year ago she stunned me with how natural it was. Honestly it could grow out for months and you'd never see lines. Got a lash lift and it turned out great! Just didn't realize there was a $30 deposit with the $60 fee of the service. Wish that was made more clear. In the past at other salons the deposit goes towards the price of the service. Wish I would've known it was $90 total. My last lift has completely fallen out now! Definitely not worth $90. read more

WOW. Serious shout out to Sarah Marie. She is amazing, two other girls helped her too, I love the team work vibe in this salon! I am more than impressed with the work they have done on me. She is such a perfectionist and even though it is 10 pm at night, she still wants to make sure I'm happy with the result. Very disappointing experience. I called about their NBR extensions and was instructed to fill out their online application through a link on Instagram. I did this, but had trouble uploading one of 3 required photo's. I received an email from a stylist there asking about the photo. I responded to the email, and sent a link to a photo. They say they will respond in 24-48 hours. This was last Tuesday 6/19. I even left a phone message inquiring about status of my application on Saturday 6/23. No one has bothered to call me. If I am being rejected as a candidate for the extensions it would be nice to be offered an explanation at the very least. read more

The experience is not what I expected. Usually when I get my eyebrows done I am in a room alone. At this salon you lay on a table with two other people getting services at the same time. So that isn't very relaxing. Also my brows came out okay but I don't love them. I felt rushed in the space and didn't really have time to judge them. They are thicker at the top than I like and they are not the same in shape. But they aren't the worse I habe ever had. So I will give the place 3 stars. I will just have to continue my brow waxing search. read more

I did not make it to an appointment here - when I called, I received rude and abrupt service over the phone which made me uncomfortable. They asked that I give my credit card number over the phone to reserve my appointment because they seemed not to trust their clients would actually show up. I've never had to do that before. When I expressed my discomfort, the receptionist (?) was unfriendly and hung up on me. I decided to go somewhere else after that unpleasant call. read more

I love, love, love this salon. Michelle, the owner, made it her mission to fix my mess of damaged hair about 3 years ago and I've never gone back. She's a saavy business owner and takes great care to make sure her staff is trained well and to the highest standard. She constantly taking classes to learn and grow in her technique and is up to date on all of the latest styles and trends. She does outstanding consults and takes her time to understand what you want and to point you in the right direction for your goals. I have loved switching from foil to balayage and can now go longer between my color (perfect for a working mom). If you have course or wavy hair that tends to be dry and break the Brazillian Blow out will pretty much change your life. My hair was the same length for years due to damage and dryness since starting this process my hair is healthier and longer...and i get so many compliments!
