First with the snacks, which used to consist of an assortment of fruits, cheeses and crackers. The last 2 times they were a snack pack bag, like the one you put in your kid's backpack. Chips Ahoy, pretzels and chips etc.... Then when we got up to the hot tub you are given a bottle of "supposed to be " chilled champagne. The last two times they champagne varied from tepid to hot! The champagne contained ZERO ice! A kids snack pack snack and hot champagne does not a luxury experience make!

Not even a smile or a hello. Stellar service, wow. To make matters even worse, not only was I completely ignored like I was some sort of inconvenience at this "day spa," but I also heard a BARKING DOG and a child wanting something from his mother (who was working, I assume) coming from the basement (which was adjacent to the waiting room/lobby). There was no confirming our services beforehand and no communication about problem areas or areas to avoid and we were placed in the same room. They didn't even ask if we wanted the same room....very strange. I didn't receive a hot stone but a Swedish which was way too much pressure for me. It was not relaxing at all. My daughter was scheduled for a prenatal massage. You would think communication would be vital. I haven't been more unhappy with a spa experience!
