We found the Stein Law Firm via yelp and it was the smoothest part of the Homebuying process. We were first time buyers purchasing a condo in Brooklyn and Irene and her associates were available every step of the way - very responsive via email (even on weekends) and via the phone. Irene was a true problem solver and when it looked like our bank couldn't get a certified check in time for closing, she offered to have us wire her the funds and cut a check herself (didn't end up needing to do this but that was great peace of mind). On the day of the closing, there were a number of hiccups from other stakeholders (sellers attorney getting names wrong on forms, management company sending incorrect documents, etc) but Irene triaged everything from the closing table herself so that we could close on time. She was patient, detail oriented, and very familiar with everything we threw at her. We have high standards and if we went through the process again would have chosen a different mortgage officer and a different real estate agent - but we would absolutely use Irene again and wholeheartedly recommend her to others.
