The crawlspace had evidence of a small animal (excrement, torn insulation). I asked them to clean everything and they did a Fantastic job (EVEN the Crawlspace!!). They put on the hazmat suits I provided and got that basement into a phenomenal condition. This was a dirty job and was rejected by other cleaning services we had contacted. They were the only ones that said... No problem, We'll get it done. This is the second time using them and I can't recommend them enough. They should rename the company to "Above and Beyond Cleaning Services. Great Great Job!!

Richard arrived on time, was very pleasant and easy to interact with, and provided a quote via email. He explained the entire process, from his initial home visit for an estimate, through what a scheduled cleaning event would look like. We agreed to the quote and have had three cleanings over the last six weeks. Barb and her assistant arrived on time each time and, have completed the home cleaning as we expected. Nothing is a problem when you talk to Richard or Barb, the lines of communication are open, and they are always receptive. Barb has asked each time, are you 100% satisfied and we have said yes each time. Without hesitation, I would recommend Kleenrr, led by Richard Pooley, for its services.
