My first session with Bob went really well, I felt relaxed, very comfortable and open to giving this a try. I agreed to (without any pressure from Bob) to try two more sessions. Each session went really well and in between each session was where I noticed changes I was making to show this really works! I work from home and always ordered out, over ate and just really never watched my portions. After my first session with Bob was where I started noticing the changes, from going out and being on the road past dinner time I had no urges to pick up fast food or order anything out, there was no doubt and not even a question in my mind I had to go home and eat my own food. I scaled back ALOT on ordering out since my sessions, now that I think about it, I think I only ordered once for delivery! The greatest shocker to me is for the last few weeks since my sessions I have had NO weight gain on weekends, or from going out to eat or from attending parties! I have self control - who would have thought?! It's amazing, I'm no longer over eating, I actually send food back when I'm out at restaurants and I'm making much better food choices. I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). My twin sister came with me as she started smoking the same time as I did, but had quit 3 different times prior to seeing Diane.
