Today I stop by and purchased a new pod and battery, had an issue with the pod and went back in to explain. The bud-tender ask to see my pen and then took it downstairs, I thought was super unprofessional as I don't know what you doing to my pen? Are you going down there to put your mouth on it? Weird, after a couple minutes he comes up with a women who just states its working it working over and over and try to explain to me how it works? And The guy had the crappy excuse that the battery he just sold me don't work well when it's not fully charged ha. The pod still does not work and after this experience wont be returning or referring this place to them. We've been visiting this store for months with no issues, having a medical mask exemption. We drive 20 minutes to get to the store, even though there are plenty of closer options. This week, the mask mandate was lifted, and of all weeks, this was the week a handful of employees absolutely refused to serve us, and refused to even accommodate for our medical exemption. We tried to be as pleasant as possible, and they were extremely rude. They care more about appearances than people. Their prices look good, but it's a deception. The quality control is purposefully negligent, and the price they advertise is 75% of the price you actually end up paying. read more

Cartridge doesn't work well at all. Called and said it has a weird brown line and the filter holes always has bubbles covering that doesn't move. I was told "well maybe try using a blow dryer on it." refused to do anything else to help me. Now whenever I want to use it I have to immediately have to heat the oil with a dryer. Mini novel but just a warning for people regarding my experience with The Stone. Drove 14 hours to CO for a few days, this dispensary was my first one to visit. Heard good things, they had great deals from what I saw on their website. The first day was great, our budtender was Ariel, she was amazing. She was super friendly, explained everything about the types of cannabis and even gave us tips on things to do around the area and was generally making our first visit absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10. Went back another day and requested her but she wasn't available so got sent in with a longish, blonde hair and blue eyed guy. Never gave me his name but treated me worse than any place I have ever shopped. Ever. He asked me what I wanted, no greeting or friendliness. I was obviously new to dispensarys and not from around there so I was asking some questions, he made me feel stupid, he rushed me even though the place was literally empty, he showed me a couple of things but mumbled something which I thought was something about looking at them, so I did. He then yelled at me not to touch it, grabbed the container away and threw it behind the counter. He acted super rude, annoyed and just straight up hateful the entire time, he sat down other things on the counter and proceeded to loudly tell me not to touch them a couple of times. Not needed, my nerves were already on edge by now. Then he started naming off types of bud between sativa and indica in the, maybe six, containers that he was showing me, setting them on the counter but jumbling them so I didn't know which ones were which type after looking them over. I asked him about one I was looking at and he said, sounding really annoyed, that he'd JUST named all of them off, huffed then picked up each one and named them off, speaking like I was stupid while harshly putting them down on the counter. Again, not needed. I only asked about the one container. I got out my phone to get to a coupon and he yelled at me to put away my phone, told me I've already messed up twice and that he will kick me out if I mess up again, that I can't be on it etc etc. which once again, not needed. They clearly state on the signs all over, no phones. So upon getting something just to get the hell out of there with him, I told him I had the coupon, hesitating on getting my phone out after the way I was treated, he then yelled at me to get my phone out at least two or three times before I even had time to get it from my pocket. By far the worst experience and customer service from any place I've ever been in my life and I will never go back unless Ariel is available. I suggest if you're thinking of trying this place, request Ariel. If not, go to a different one. It's not like there aren't plenty of other dispensary's around, it's worth the bit of extra money to just go somewhere else. read more

Worst dispensary I have ever been to. I went to this dispensary out of the many that are in Denver because I thought they had good deals, however upon entering the shop, I was greeted by a rude, abrasive girl with glasses and no sense of customer service or tact. She was literally like, " Come in, stand over there, I'm gonna have to get people use to this shit in the winter. " Not a hello, how are you, but cursing and speaking her random unnecessary thoughts. That immediately threw me off. Apparently they have no system to keep track of who is next so she told me to remember the girl that was in front of me, but the girl went outside and then so many people were coming in so I got lost real quick. After waiting over 20 minutes, someone who I knew was behind me, then went into the next available room, I kindly stated that I was before him, to which the same girl replied in the most condescending tone, " ok well now you can go after him. I told you to remember who you're behind! " I explained how confused I was and I didn't know what was happening and there's no need to be so rude. She responded loudly in front of everyone, " I feel the same about you, rude and disruptive as fuck. " I couldn't believe she talked me that way, I was in shock and stood quiet. Then one of the fellow patrons said, "did she curse and call him rude and disruptive? " Then everyone else chimed in and told me to ignore her but agreed that she was out of line and couldn't believe she spoke so horrifically. " Another woman was like, it would have been disruptive if you were being loud and making a scene but all you did was ask a question. " Which was exactly how I felt and I'm glad everyone else saw her and how inappropriate and undeserving her actions were. This is how this company treats PAYING guests. I spent over $150 my first-time there and that is how they greet and treat their customer. It's sad and sickening to say the least. Then the budtender told me they were out of a specific cartridge that I came there specifically for and kept telling me they didn't have it and all the budtenders have the same stuff, yet I asked a fellow budtender, who came into the room to ask the budtender I was being helped by a question, if they had those cartridges, and she replied, " yea a lot of them. " This really annoyed me because my budtender knew my experience with the girl staff member in the waiting area and she knew I came to that dispensary specifically for that specific cartridge since it was listed as a deal on Cannasaver and she continued to make my experience more difficult and unpleasant by lying to my face because she was too lazy and way too high to be working with humans at that moment and misinformed me. Finally, she offered me 5% off and not even on my whole order but just on one edible. HOW RIDICULOUS AND OFFENSIVE. I saved one dollar. I was beyond offended and will NEVER go back to this dispensary. I honestly wish I would have taken my $150 elsewhere because they did not appreciate me as a customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISPENSARY, they are rude, classless, lazy and lack customer service etiquette and tact. Also their deals are misleading because they add tax after the fact, so it's just the same as other dispensaries, if not more expensive. No reason at all to go here at all! read more
