Plain and simple, I've been coming to the chain for awhile and as a whole I'd give a 4 star too but this specific location gets a 5 cause they're the chillest people here and they get you in and out the door no BS. Since it's smaller too with very very limited parking, it never gets overcrowded and filled with tourists and you never have to wait awhile. Great convenient spot right near 285 too. read more

Josh M. at the Federal Store is the best. He really goes above and beyond in service and knowledge. The staff always seems to actually know the person they are servicing, which gives a really friendly feel. They have a huge selection but the nectarbee caviar cones are the most potent you can buy and still a decent price. The parking lot is small but if you know how to park it's no problem. Staff is excellent and very helpful my problem with the Green solution is the upper echelon who allow those so-called clones to come through the door. I live in Colorado Springs Colorado and sure you can shop anywhere but you think that if you choose a place that's pretty much like a McDonald's franchise they would be on point with clones not the case. The more disgusting part is I can't even get my cash back they put it on a gift card I don't even want to shop here anymore after all the clones I've gone through and I'm thinking to myself maybe I'm just not meant to grow no their clones Are under developed not ready to be sold. Have been to this dispensary a couple of times, but after my most recent couple of visits, I will definitely not stop coming back! Not only do they have some of the best deals, but the staff their is VERY patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I came in one particular day and told Josh about how I had tried to place an online order for their "Happy Hour" deal but for some odd reason the order wasn't placed. Josh was very helpful in making sure that I still walked out satisfied with what I needed and was not at all pushy about making the sale.
