The workers kept throwing boxes behind us and breaking stuff before even stocking them. Almost every single aisle was blocked off by pallets of boxes and workers throwing things around. Not one worker said hello or asked if we needed anything. I'm appalled at how many times I was shoved out of the way while looking for my crafting needs. I'll be sticking to the Albany location from now on!

The good: compared to the old store, it is well lit, the aisles are wider, and it is easier to find things. The hours are probably more regular as well. The bad: the inventory is the same as the previous store, but with even less O, S, and G scales. So, if you are an N or HO modeler you will find this store is nearly the same as the previous one. However, if you model in some of the less-popular scales you won't find much here aside from some scratchbuilding supplies. The prices seemed reasonable. On December 20 ,2024 they Shipped by Fed Ex ground and they only came on December 29 where Fed Ex was not able to deliver after 4 attempts. I finally contacted Michlle on January, 6 and told her that I would not be picking them up I was tired in chasing the Items which did not come on Christmas nor on New Year the Items went back to Mint Models and finally after almost 2 month the Issue a refund of $748 this CROCKS want to keep $43 shipping charge and Michale told me I was lucky they did not charge me restocking fee for the cars which never came to me that rich coming from company who did not ship them on time and Items which never arrived to my location. As mention by everyone don't buy from them go to Ebay and by the models there this crocked company sells on Ebay but the difference is Ebay protect you write away .
