When we arrived with our large camper, it was a literal storage unit - as in 7 ft tall, not for a camper that's 10+ feet tall. We immediately called back and left a voicemail. Shockingly, I got a call back from the property manager. He deferred me to corporate, so I called them next. Of course, corporate said that the refund was for the property manager to handle. Since then, I have left 3 voicemails and have yet to hear back from them. DO NOT USE.
