Don't use this storage facility. I had the worse experience ever. When I attempted to resolve a problem with my April payment I couldn't reach anyone by phone . I received a message the number could not be reached. I reconfirmed the number and no success. A text message was attempted but while we awaited a reply. I physically drove the facility. I however discovered I was locked out of the facility. After about a hour we were provided a different number to call. The person we spoke to was rude and was reluctant to meet us at the site. I later learned he was the owner. This facility is not staffed so you're out of luck if there is a problem because their phone doesn't work either. I received three different numbers to call via text. Finally once the owner arrived on site he was belligerent, condescending and belittled me. At one point he called me a fool and said he hated people of my generation. This guy has no business working with the public. Total loser ! I gave them one star because it's required but I would have given him zero. read more

I have had my storage unit for almost 4 years and never had a problem with the previous owner or the current owner. good customer service. I would recommend this storage place to anyone. read more
