We tried contacting the office multiple times but received no response. Since it was a Sunday, we immediately called the police to file a report and have them document the damage to the curtain, lock, and other areas. The office never reached out to us. When I called them, their only concern was asking me to stop by to sign a new contract for the unit where I had moved my remaining belongings. There was no apology, no explanation, and no concern for how we were doing. I was shocked by how cold, careless, and heartless the staff member was. Why was our unit targeted? Who has access to the units? We only used the lock purchased directly from the office. Additionally, the gates to the property are frequently left open, seemingly inviting thieves--or perhaps they've always had access. Please, stay away from this property.

But upon being transferred to the OWNER, I was accosted by a real creep - who not only yelled at me - but was totally obnoxious. This was THE OWNER - no less. He kept talking about someone named Sherry - and I have no clue what he was talking about. So, therefore if you LOVE HORRIBLE PEOPLE, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I have had hard times. they don't know this however they have been very good tome as a customer who has been late for several months in a row. once my friend was to pay the bill and totally forgot and I thought it was paid and it wasnt realized until the second month was due. I missed the notices but they were totally cool about me catching up. they are also very very reasonable with their late fees and the amount of time you have before they are enforced. and even cheaper by comparison by a landslide are their rental rates. I love the customer support and the ease of getting my issues resolved. the face of Arrow Storage for me is always the same. she's always there dependable and she is easy to deal with!!!!! anything I need to change or alter in any way I know I can call or email or leave a message after hours and am 100% confident it will be taken care of WITHOUT WORRY OR QUESTION. this is you're best choice when it comes to price, service and having your ever changing needs met with people who will be there to work with you with respect, diligence and your satisfaction in mind at all times. Michelle went above and beyond to give me great customer service! I rented a Uhaul here ofor a move…read moreto New Orleans. After I picked up the truck I noticed it made a very loud squealing sound. I don't know much about engines, however I assumed that it would be fine and went ahead and met my husband at the storage facility. We loaded the truck and then my husband heard the noise coming from the engine. He was deeply concerned that the truck wouldn't make the long drive to Louisiana. I called Chapel Creek and asked them what to do. Michelle answered and told me to call the 800 number on the keychain. So I did and they sent a mechanic out to look at the truck. The man arrived about an hour later and he then proceeded to diagnose the truck with 1 of 4 possible issues. At this point I was really started to suffer from anxiety, as I couldn't get stranded in the middle of the bayou for an hour if the truck broke down! I then asked him about getting another truck and he said he would call it in to the Home Office and they would need to make the call on how we should proceed. By this time it was 4pm and we were leaving the next morning at 5am, I didn't need to deal with red tape I needed a solution! So I called Michelle again at Chapel Creek and voiced my frustration to her. She immediately called her Area Manager and he contacted me within 10 minutes. He said Michelle had called him and told me of my problem. He had gone ahead and secured another truck for me and told me it was very close to where I was located. He apologized for the inconvenience and said there would be no fee because my issue was considered an emergency. My husband and I drive to the other location, unloaded and loaded the new truck and they expedited my paperwork so we could get out of there quickly. We drove it to New Orleans in the other truck and actually made great time! And I didn't have one worry the whole way! Michelle even called me the night I got home and made sure I was safe and sound! What great service and follow through! Very impressed with the integrity of the folks over at Chapel Creek!! Thank you very much!
