Her tone of voice immediately changed to hostility and defensiveness. THEN I proceeded with my business, or attempt thereof. I have been instructed to find a model of cane that works for me and then call with the info. She checked her database and said that she could not find me. She then asked if I had a shipping label from the old cane. I had to go find it. Then she said I had to call the vendor, as she was JUST the factory. I asked for the correct phone number to call. She said she didn't know it. ZERO interest in my issue, ZERO customer service. I came away with the feeling that I interrupted her doing her nails.
