I wasn't home when the product was delivered but was made aware of it after the town noticed the absolute mess. I inquired about a refund and to speak to a manager and I was put on the back burner for almost a week. I spoke with Austin who wasn't very friendly with my refund request. He stated I had two options I could either get a different dirt and figure out what to do with the 800 Square feet of mud in my yard or they could haul the mud and keep the 750 dollars I paid for everything. So being it was a lose lose situation I just wanted the mud gone. I was told it was going to take over a month for the product to be removed from my drive way. Due to this absolutely crazy wait time I inquired with the town and until the town spoke with the company then they felt some sense of urgency. The mud was delivered 11/4 I was called 11/8 The mud was removed 11/20 This company felt they could just give someone what ever they felt was fit and now I have no fill dirt that I truly needed and I'm out 750 dollars. Not impressed with this company or the people running it, I truly recommend going some where else with your business.

I feel like we were robbed. My sister was very well loved and received over 50 arrangement, Peace Lilies, bouquets, bleeding hearts, wreaths and such beautiful flowers from other florist. The amount was just incredible. This mess of a wreath stuck out as unfinished and unprofessional. I was embarrassed to say the least. Other florist really delivered the MOST, beautiful. The florist dept closes at 3 pm daily. They do not return calls. Please dont waste your money like I did. Bland florist many people ordered, from as I collected cards. We were asked by no less than 6 employees if they could help find what we were looking for, if we needed help deciding, if we needed more info on how to tend a plant we were looking at. This is NOT the kind of customer service you get in the garden department at generic chain stores, this is... mega service. It was so helpful because we went in with an idea of what we wanted and - rather than letting us buy something that would die immediately in the location we wanted to put it - a helpful fella gave us the pros and cons of our other options or how we could build up the area we wanted to make the sunlight work for us. Options: wow. They have EVERYTHING. We had choices galore! We want pretty flowers, vegetables, fruit trees, decorative greenery, and they have it all. I am almost overwhelmed with the choices they have. How do you pick the prettiest choice when everything is more gorgeous than the last?!?! The prices are pretty great too. We had been looking at fig trees online and they were the same price - but local and you don't have to worry about it dying in transit! And I KNOW this one thrives in this zone, because it is already alive and well in their beautiful outdoor space. There is so much to see, they even have koi, local honey, stained glass plant picks made by a local artist, wind chimes, plant food... I definitely need a bigger yard to make my yard look more like this green Eden. I'll be back for more plants Monday. And for my Christmas tree in November. And many MANY times in between.
