It's been almost year since we hired them, we just recently had to get a new attorney, took months to even get anything done. He could not remember our case at all. Spent almost $30,000 and he lost the jurisdiction case and had no decency to even call my son after we lost. After he quoted us at max $20,000 and that was for a custody battle which we weren't even doing. We simply were trying to get the jurisdiction changed. I feel like that's something that should come from the actual attorney. Was almost late to court the one time we had an in person hearing. His paralegal Sonny is the only thing good about this firm. He talked himself up and literally failed at everything. Such a stressful and disappointing experience. I am glad it's over with them. They should also be ashamed of themselves for charging what they do and not putting in any of that work. I could go on and on, but I'd rather not spend any further time on them. read more

I retained Caleb Stuart for $5000 to represent me in my divorce. Several weeks passed and I was not hearing anything even after leaving messages, I would receive no call back. Finally, the paralegal called me and said, "What can I do for you?" I stated that I hadn't heard anything about my case and I had not gotten any updates about my case since we started. She was very rude and said she was trying to save me money by not calling me. I reached out to Caleb Stuart through email and told him about my experience. He then emailed me back and told me he needed another $5000 or he was not going to represent me anymore. I explained I had to borrow money from my family members for the first $5000 and there was no way I could come up with any more money after a month and a half since he took my case. I then received a certified letter by the end of that week saying that he was not going to represent me anymore. I was devastated. His office would no longer have any communication with me after asking for itemized proof of services, and where this money had been used. I had no choice but to start over and hire another Attorney to continue my Divorce. The Morgan law firm took my case, and I was divorced within a month. I can only imagine how many other people have been robbed and taken advantage of through this firm. Shady liars. Do NOT use these lieing shady mfs. I paid th3 retainer fee of $2700. They did absolutely ZERO work and tried to charge me $360 a month until I canceled. Said they would refund part of my retainer and was never able to contact them again and g3t any kind of response whatsoever. Promised (shadily) things that were absolutely NOT POSSIBLE!!! I had what I was assured by Caleb to be "a simple matter" and "should not take very long" to resolve. He also assured me that it would most likely be able to be handled solely by one of the paralegals. Joanna was given the case. After not hearing back from her in 6 weeks, I contacted the firm. I discussed the case with her directly and I was again assured that this would be "a simple matter." She apologized for the time delay and assured the matter would be addressed promptly. About 2 months later, I looked into the matter again. I was unable to directly contact Joanna again. I stopped by the front desk at the law firm several times after I couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. There was no one at the front desk and no way to alert anyone that someone was waiting. I managed to find the office manager's email and was informed that the case would be taken over by another paralegal, Dale. She contacted me and appeared to have the matter resolved in 2 hours. I first hired the firm in January and at this point it was June. So I paid a retainer fee of $2500 for 2 hours of paralegal time over 6 months. They also opened a second LLC for me, which was done by Joanna, after we had agreed that if she found that my first LLC was non-operational, she would open a second one. It does not appear that she attempted to find out what the original problem was with my first LLC, which was the whole reason I hired them to begin with. So now that my original LLC is functional, I do not need this second LLC at all. This whole debacle started in January. It is now September. I emailed them 3 months ago asking about closing my account. I did not get a reply to the original email. Upon sending another email, I was informed by Dale that offices using accounts with a "flat rate" typically do not inform you of the charges and do not give you any of the retainer fee back. In summary, if you decide to use this firm, do not expect anything to get done without several weeks of unnecessary waiting going by and without having to follow up with it yourself several times before someone actually answers you. I spent $2500 for what appears to be 2 hours of paralegal time and an unwanted LLC. I am certainly happy that this was not a very pressing matter, however this was nonetheless a very frustrating experience. read more

We hired Caleb to handle my dad's probate. He screwed it up! A simple probate was screwed up by their carelessness of not changing names in the template they use. We have had to hire another attorney to rectify it because he said it was not his fault. read more

Im not sure if he was on the opposing side or he just had no clue what to do with my case from no communication to not filing paperwork on time, I would have been better of representing myself one thing he does is try to collect money from you. His billing people have no clue what they are doing and when you ask to speak to a office manager (which is his wife she is never available and never returns phone calls ) so please save yourself and your money from hiring this man. read more

Went to The Stuart firm with a case that should have been an auto win and he blows it. Tried to get custody of my kids while their mom was married to a charged child molester and he failed. What I did get was an Over charged communication service. Biggest waste of $7,000 and I now no longer get to see my kids because of his poor representation. Ran out of time on the stand asking questions, poor time management. Might be worth $1,000 for document prep, that's all this firm seems to know how to do right. He's a rookie all around and not to be trusted with family law. Lastly when you pay your bill in full and the case is completely over, he will still charge you after you fire him because apparently he's that hard up for cash. This Firm did an absolute horrible job on my case. Caleb took no action for months after getting retainer. Finally dropped him after very poor performance at temporary hearing was then billed dearly for services he never performed, double billed on others and some fraudulent charges. The only thing more incompetent than this attorney is his staff! After termination he refused to give me my file and we not even discuss the billing discrepancies with me. This ended up resulting in me having to pay new attorney to redo everything. This all resulted in a review Committee of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State Bar. Stay far Away! read more

The service I received, or lack there of, was a lot worse than just "Not good". I paid them 5 months ago to do something that takes maybe 2 weeks. We ended up doing all the work ourselves. The paralegals don't seem to know everything that they certainly should. And when we reached out to them about our complaint, they never called or emailed us back. They have no regard for their bad service and dishonesty. I do not recommend anyone using this law firm. read more
