1. Stylist has cancelled my appointments because SHE was behind or has booked too many clients. 2. She sent text to cancel my appointment due to eight minute delay caused by traffic accident. I was not given the same courtesy or understanding. 3. I was quoted one price and upon payment , I was shown a hair length chart to explain price increase. This should have taken place before serving services rendered. Another occasion price increase at the end because of more hair added tor sew in. Very unprofessional!!! Went in one day to schedule an appointment. Two stylist were in the salon. No one greeted me (tell-tale sign). Finally after picking up a flier and walking towards the rear, I was asked by Lanika if help was needed. I asked to schedule an appointment on a Sunday. She says yes and agrees to service me the next day at 1pm. At 11am of the appointment day, I call the salon to request an earlier appointment. A "co-worker" answers and says Lanika will likely not be there earlier than 1pm, but would call otherwise to notify me. At 12:40pm, I pull into the salon parking area, no one in site yet, but fine since I'm early. A homeless man begins talking to me. At 1:10, I receive a text saying that Lanika wouldn't be in due to her not feeling well. Wtf? I'm wondering when common courtesy and professionalism ever became taboo? My time is valuable and having a baby sitter to watch the kids to only not receive the service is F...ing disturbing to say the least. When did the illness become known? And why text 10 minutes after you're already late? #Common reasons why businesses fail. Poor customer service. "I hated it" is the best description I can give of my experience here. The owner is rude and extremely delirious. If you let her tell it the sky is purple and trees can talk. I truely wish there was an option for no stars!!! This is not the place you want to go to if you want your hair done properly. This place can guarantee you disrespectful behavior from the "owner" as well as piss poor work. This was my hair...1 week after it was done... and the owner refused to fix it. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I definitely would! My sister went to this "salon" recently and not only got horrible service but the work was horrible as well! The owner of this "salon" tried to LURE my sister into changing her review of the "establishment." The owner sent harassing text messages and ultimately refused to fix my sister's hair because she wouldn't fudge the review! This "place" is EXTREMELY unprofessional, ghetto, and does very poor quality work! I recommend that you shampoo your hair. I made appt to get my sewin shampoo and tighten. Was told to be there at. 8: she didn't showed until 8:20 didn't apologize. She started shampooing my hair and she tangle it up. Took her about 35min too untangled it and she didnt shampoo it and told me to take some Benadryl for a dirty hair. I was so very upset. We hired her for my daughter's prom day. Our entire day was stressful because she took a client with no appointment, which made us late for our make-up appointment. She gave us a price of $85 for a sew-in 27 piece and after washing and braiding my daughter's hair, she informed her she did not say what she quoted her. Nevertheless, we paid $85 for a glued in 27 piece. When she cut the cap she cut it to close and my daughter's black hair could be seen in the back. She then started getting rude and disrespectful when we started asking questions. Never again will we visit this shop. She lacks professionalism and is not honest. read more

Will never return! I spent almost four hours in there, her Assistant -Teen daughter who helps out is rude and unpleasant. My appointment was at 9 am and there were at least five other Clients at that time. I was left under the dryer for an extended period with hair color in due to the amount of other Clients. I asked how much longer I would be in the salon because I had plans that day and the Stylist had an attitude after that point. My hair does not feel like it was just permed. I had to go to my event with black hair dye left on my neck and not to mention how she jacked up my hair line with her clippers. Overall the worst Salon experience and I will never return. At least when I perm and color my hair at home it lays and I'm not left with hair color on my skin. A total waste of money.
