But the bakery was sold again and now I will never- ever use it again and it's really sad. The new owner made a terrible mistake on an important order and wouldn't fix it. And worse, she didn't seem to care. Even though I had all the emails between us and had been specific, she was basically like, oh well... What a shame that a bakery that had built such a wonderful reputation over the past (almost) 30 years has been now reduced to nothingness. I know I'm not alone in saying- this business would have been better off going out on a high note rather than being reduced to an incompetence that might just lead to an unhappy ending.
