However, I can barely talk to ladies. My waitress was Kaylee Y She was so kind. She could tell I was struggling to talk. She took such good care of me. Everytime she came over I would feel such anxiety I could barely speak at times. She was so patient with me. She made great suggestions on the menu. Some of the other staff were struggling to keep up with the rush. She was busy, but never to busy to help out those overwhelmed. She hugged the host who appeared overwhelmed. She spoke encouragement to another waitstaff after a guest was unfairly rude to them. She is a credit to this establishment and her parents raised her right. Overall I'm disappointed in the bait and switch for the bowling and I'll definitely be disputing the charges on my card for it. We knew there would be a wait, which went by quickly, but we only got to play 1 1/3 games for supposedly "unlimited" bowling. Instead, we got an hour, were told there would be a 2 hour wait after our group finished, and that half the lanes would be closed off and that was the hold up. Overall, the games and laser tag are fun, the food and drinks are above average, but if you're coming to have a nice big bowling alley I'd stay away and take your money elsewhere because it ends up seeming like a scam. read more

Bowling on the weekends is pretty pricey but if you go during the week it's half the price! Bowling was super fun and the kids loved the neon lights. The arcade had plenty of options and the kids loved it. I personally hate the card swiping thing because it's hard to tell exactly how much you're spending per game and easy to spend everything very fast. The prize station was super messy and didn't have good options. A lot of the stuff seemed picey and cheap quality. Signed up for the moss bowl for free for the summer and have been making good use of it this summer. The deal was that you can sign up all your kids for fee bowling over the summer and you just have to pay $2 for the shoe rentals. You can typically go any day of the week from open to 7pm. The first time we went they did the cosmic bowling; this was super cool. But the 4 times since then they haven't been doing it; not sure why? For the parents to bowl there was a one-time charge of $35 and then we just pay the $2 for shoe rentals. Each time you go you get 2 free games for the day. 2 games is usually enough for us before we feel like leaving. We haven't used the arcade or laser tags area, we just stick to the bowling. They do offer a bundle deal throughout the summer for bowling, arcade, and laser tag, but I have a pretty large family so I would still come out of pocket over $100 to do them all. The food is also pretty good. The pizza was good but is really small for $15. I'd recommend getting the nacho plate, it can feed 2-3 people and they taste really good too! read more

Such a fun place! My husband and I got there during Happy Hour and it was $5 to bowl per hour. When you get your lane, just wait until it opens up on your screen. There's also a service button where you can order drinks and food! I ordered the loaded fries and it was delicious. I also bought a margarita. It didn't taste like there was much alcohol, but it was still tasty. The whole place was clean and had comfy couches to sit on while you bowled. This place is very okay. It's loud, cramped, and the food is greasy and average. Some of the games are fun, some are corny. There are far too many coin-pusher and ticket- wheel machines, and too few actual arcade games. The prizes you can get with tickets are really bad. Let me start with my main point. The food here is exceptional! This is not standard bowling alley food. The buffalo wings are consistently some of the best I've had anywhere! I had a bacon cheddar cheeseburger with sweet potato fries that was as good as any "gourmet" burger I've ever had. Ok. Now that THAT is out of the way... He greeted us with a smile and a sense of humor that made our experience at the bowling rink even better. The bar tenders suck! They act like they have a tough job. It was about 9PM and the place was pretty dead. My husband & I walked up to the bar to order drinks. We stood there for 18 minutes without the bar tenders even making eye contact with us. They walked by and walked by busily wiping things. There were no other customers at the bar. We finally approached a waitress and a manager (who looked to be 16) and ordered and had our drinks delivered to the couches. The manager did nothing. Haven't been to the Summit in years and coming back it was awesome! Lanes are nice and clean as well as the seating areas for bowling. Vip lanes are the way to go with comfy couches and a wait staff. Jason was our server for the night and he went above and beyond in service by checking on us, bringing waters without asking and giving us cold glasses with every pitcher! We came here for a birthday party on a busy Sunday (an event was going on in the parking lot) so we were afraid the whole thing was going to be a mess, but thankfully we were wrong. I came here for a work function. We had a group of 8 and decided to play some games first. We used a Groupon to get some game cards and laser tag games. I played several that were fun but the individual prices for each range from about $1-$3, which to me are very pricey. I won about 500 tickets from games from the $10 card I have so next I went to see what prizes were available in the prize shop. Most things seemed to be sold out and a lot of the bins and shelves were empty, so I had few options. Maybe they were waiting to restock but I'm not sure and was definitely not impressed and decided to just hang on to my tickets. Next, we had lunch. When we sat down I looked at my watch and we had about 40 mins to get out food because I had to leave for an appointment. There was our table and only 1 other so I figured for lunch, that would be plenty of time. Well it took much longer to get out food and when I realized I would not get my food in time to eat there with the group, I asked our server for one of the chicken strip meals to go. Finally, our food was brought out and both chicken finger meals were made to go. So, the person who we were there to celebrate had to eat out of a styrofoam container with the group. And then as soon as I left, I realized I was given blue cheese as my sauce, instead of the ranch that I ordered. Well the meal comes with a dipping sauce because it's part of the meal, so not getting the correct sauce basically ruined my order since I had to take it to go, I had dry chicken. Because of this experience, slow service, pricey games and lack of prizes I would not recommend going back. We stayed at the Wolf Lodge and decided to head over to the Summit after we checked out. They had a deal, we got 2 games of bowling, shoe rentals, game of laser tag and a $10 game card. It was so worth it! Nice lanes, couches to sit in. Cool arcade with all kinds of new games that I had never seen before. The Laser Tag was the best we have ever been too and we are a laser tag loving family. My kids won stuff in the claw machine and got a pretty good stash from the coupon redemption store. I love that the tickets go on your game card instead of having to carry them around. It's all electronic. During Happy Hour all the games went down in price, way awesome! We had the pizza and even ordered a second one, it was good and well priced. The funnel fries were also delicious. The rum and coke I had was weak. My sister got a good deal on Coors Light. Under the new ownership things seem to have slipped a bit. The food is mediocre and the service was horrible. I had to get up 3 times to find our server. The food didn't come out together. The kids cheese pizza, which should have been the easiest thing to make, didn't hit the table until after everyone else was already finished. The whole meal was a bad experience. The arcade is, well, an arcade. The bowling is good. A little pricey but the only option in northern CO Springs.
