I love tanning here! Everyone that works here is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience at my favorite tanning salon! The tanning beds are top-notch, providing a beautiful and natural-looking tan every time. The salon is impeccably clean, which is important to me. I love the variety of tanning lotions they offer, and the recommendations from the staff have been spot on. I always leave feeling relaxed and sun-kissed. Beware....needed few sessions before beach vacation . Owner convinced me $87 up front and 29 per month for package medium level. I needed the service so agreed. I decided to cancel few days later after real8zing my work schedule would not allow me to visit enough time to justify the high fee. I called owner ...she agreed to refund me but not until she continue to badger me with other packages...one for 99 unlimited...so many specifics very hard to follow...nonsense . Finally she relented after 5 more calls...said she'd refund me... She did not..I stead she charged February fee of 43 + change on my card I was upset...called 3 times...no response ...finally able to speak direct to her...1st time since my initial and immediate call to cancel in January. I asked why no refund and why xtra monthly charge ? She said she refunded me few hours ago. I trusted her...looking at my account on Friday March 1st...noticed another charge to my card of 43 This woman is unethical saying she refunded when she did not... She most likely does this on regular basis banking on fact that people don't check their accounts and smaller fees 40 per month can go unnoticed....what other reason would someone agree to refund and instead continue to charge card Needless to say the bank is involved and also BBB. read more

I went to get a spray tan and i got one of the darkest shades. i let it sit on overnight and i washed it off in the morning. after i washed it off i was still the same shade i was walking into the place. this is ridiculous after spending $30 on a tan. read more

I have been spray tanning at Sun Club since I was 11 years old- long before it was Sunsational Tan. My mom bought me a package of 3 spray tans a while back and they accidentally got put on her account instead of mine. After realizing this she asked the owners of Sunsational to switch them to mine, as she has never spray tanned in her life and would never use them. When I went to use them they said they weren't switched and I couldn't, but said they'd deal with it and let me. That's now twice it's been addressed. I go again, they say I have none, I tell them it should've been switched over and they once again let me use my tan and say they'll take care of it. I go AGAIN and this time I can't use my tan and they won't switch it. They claim it should have been addressed when we realized (which it was, 3 times actually) and that they won't refund us either. So the spray tan that we paid $35 for will never be used and we cannot get our money back. They also claim it's "illegal" to share tans across accounts which is why they can't switch it, so I guess they've committed 2 crimes by letting me use them twice. When my mom called a final time to address this with them, they hung up on her. Real professional. I will never go back. Those spray tans were purchased for me, it was the EMPLOYEES mistake they were put on the wrong account, we addressed it 3 times, and now they won't let us use the tan we paid for or refund us. Hollywood tans down the road is 10x cleaner, nicer staff, and a million times better customer service. Do not give this place your money. read more

First - the staff is great. They are extremely friendly and attentive. They make the effort to remember their clients, which makes a huge impression on me. The owner is an absolute gem. Second - the prices are great, especially for the quality. They might be a little more than your typical place, but that's because their beds aren't 20 years old with over-extended bulbs. I personally do the level 3 (recently with a lotion recommended by the owner) and I am darker than I have EVER been after 5 sessions and without any burning. Before this I would go 3x week for a month and barely have color. Also -- they do run specials, so if you are budget conscious or still a student, just check in every now and then and I'm sure you'll find the package you need. Third - sessions don't expire!!! I only go every few months prior to a vaca, so it's great that I can buy 20 sessions and have them for the year vs needing to use them in 60-90 days like other places. Fourth - they advise you on what you NEED vs what they want you to buy. It's awesome to work with a place that isn't all about the $$$$, but about the experience and customer satisfaction. Lastly - they are rarely so wildly booked that you have to wait more than 5 minutes. They have a good number of beds in each level to properly manage their clientele. read more

i loved this place like a second home under Deb's ownership; my family has been here for years and i personally had a membership here for 9 years. ever since management switched within the last 6 months they have destroyed this place and absolutely ruined the reputation and community that Debbie spent her entire adult life cultivating. it's a genuine shame that in 6 months they've ruined the reputation of a place that was once pretty prominent in the bridgeville community. they are rude, unprofessional (to say the least), and literally robbed my family of a pre-paid spray tan package that they refused to honor and refused to refund. won't let my sister use it but wont refund my mom the money - make that make sense?? not to mention the fact that charging $35 for a spray tan in the first place is highway robbery. then they threatened legal action on us ..... L. O. L. save your money. this place is an overpriced joke nowadays. read more

Do I even need to write a review with this picture? Got a spray tan when I have a major event tomorrow. I tried to rub it off as quickly as I could and I look like I have a skin disease. I thought it felt like it was different than spray tans I've had before but I thought "hey maybe they added something I don't know"... it dripped into my eye and now my eye is completely blurred over. I have a treatment in my hair where I can't get it wet for 24 hours but now the top of my head is completely soaked through and brown when I have bleach blonde hair. I am so beyond mad right now. Their machine literally ruined everything for tomorrow... thanks sun club!!! read more

I love the Sun Club. I stopped "real tanning" a few years ago and have been making do with sprays ever since. The sun club has a monthly unlimited spray package that is super reasonable. The booth is pretty good. Under arms need touched up sometimes, especially with the darker colors. But, the Owner is a fantastic lady, she's very welcoming and sweet and always has new products or tips to recommend. They also have a heater in the spray room so you don't freeze while you spray in the winter. I recommend going there :) read more

Got pretty good color! Very clean facility, as I sometimes would watch the girls clean the bed for me. They made me bring my own goggles, and it was a little pricy. I was always pressured to upgrade, but that is also since I go to school with most of the girls who work there. Overall, I got great color and had a good experience tanning there. read more
