They are anchored by a few big stores such as Dillard's, Macy's and JCPenney, have several quintessential mall stores such as Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works and Finish Line...and of course they are connected to the famed mall restaurant, Cheesecake Factory. There are a few open spots along each floor, but for the most part, it appears that the mall is at least 70 - 75% occupied. One end of the mall is definitely slower than the other, which makes sense as the food court is on one end, and it is the more active and "happening" part of the mall. While most stores are chain, there are a few local spots from coffee shops, barbers, artists and even massage spots. The mall was clean and in decent shape for what it is. It is dated and you can tell no resources have been put into it recently. Overall, okay indoor mall that serves its purpose and doing good by hanging on!

After a hot yoga session at the Yoga POD, you can pop into the Ice Box for cryotherapy, grab an ice cream or coffee with friends, or plan a relaxed date night with your significant other. You've got your go-to stores like Dillard's, Old Navy, Ulta, plus fun extras like Round1 and a movie theater, which honestly makes it more than just a shopping trip . I like coming here when I want something easy and low-stress -- plenty of parking , AC blasting in the summer, and enough variety to wander without feeling overwhelmed . Is it the fanciest mall? No. But it's reliable, convenient, and still feels like a real MALL which is rare these days.

My daughter and I took the boys here after we left the zoo. We needed a venue that was climate-controlled on a 95F-degree day at 1:30pm. I enjoyed the colorful murals and art along the way. The boys there spend some time in the play area. The padding there is soft and the climbing equipment designed for younger kids. My daughter and I then had iced tea drinks. I chose Boba Tea company and she Cinnabon. We spent another hour at the arcade Round 1. Here is where my daughter spend $155 for two 300 cards for the boys. While they enjoyed the games, air hockey and simulated race car games, this is a luxury only afforable because they were on spring break vacation visiting their grandma. If there were go-carts available, this grandma would gladly have joined the team.

It's desolate and depressing. It is a historic landmark for being Tucson's first indoor shopping center, the site of the original El Conquistador Hotel. A complete renovation or tearing the place down would be a good thing as this shopping center has done nothing but struggle and decend into a slow, torturous death. The places surrounding El Con are decent however, a Target, Home Depot, Ross, a few restaurants of the sit-down and fast-food varieties, and a great movie theatre... just do not enter the doors which lead inside.
