I like walking around over here. This mall has great stores to shop at. Cinnabon is my favorite fast food place.

While I have seen worse malls around the country, Tucson Mall is middle of the road in the world of classic indoor malls. They are anchored by a few big stores such as Dillard's, Macy's and JCPenney, have several quintessential mall stores such as Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works and Finish Line...and of course they are connected to the famed mall restaurant, Cheesecake Factory. There are a few open spots along each floor, but for the most part, it appears that the mall is at least 70 - 75% occupied. One end of the mall is definitely slower than the other, which makes sense as the food court is on one end, and it is the more active and "happening" part of the mall. While most stores are chain, there are a few local spots from coffee shops, barbers, artists and even massage spots. The mall was clean and in decent shape for what it is. It is dated and you can tell no resources have been put into it recently. Overall, okay indoor mall that serves its purpose and doing good by hanging on! read more

My car was in the shop nearby for six hours, so I had a lot of time to kill. I walked over to the Tucson Mall, walked around, went in a few stores, and had lunch in the food court. There are a few vacancies, but this mall is far from dead. There are loads of restaurants both in the food court and elsewhere. And it's always a comfortable temperature for walking. read more

Went to see the change over from The Container Store to The Home store. Inconvenient mall hours for all shoppers though. Stupid.

The Tucson mall is a staple of Tucson culture. It's a great place to visit. It doesn't ever get too old as there are always plenty of new and modern shops always coming through. I've been coming to the Tucson Mall for many years. It's always a place that I visit when I am in town. I'm sure some of it is the nostalgia younger years. It is great seeing it's still open and continuing to business. I used to always park on the Dillards side and an enter in so I could stop by Animal Kingdom. There's covered parking garage over on the Macys side. An now there's a variety of different dining options closer to Wetmore. Such as cheesecake factory, and Churrasco de Brasil. Definitely the best small in Tucson however, many stores are closing and there is a bit of a bad smell inside of the building

This place gets quite a bit of undue hate because it doesn't have higher-end retail stores or more exquisite dining, but it still has an argument for best mall in Southern Arizona. What I love: The food court is honestly one of my faves because it's got the classic chains you only find in a mall (Kelly's Cajun Grill, Sbarro's), and then a ton of locally-owned or lesser-known spots. You can get ramen, kabobs, botanas, then some raspados or Korean waffles for dessert. Something for everyone! What I like: There's a tabletop game store/cocktail bar. A coffee shop attached to a hair salon. Again, lots of locally owned businesses, not just the same big box stores as everywhere else. If you're looking for an Apple Store, or a new Brooks Brothers fit, this isn't the kind of place for you. And that's OK. Tucson Mall has a solid array of services, food options, and regular people retail that will keep on thriving while other malls through Pima County continue to shutter. read more

Mall security is a joke. My daughter's car was a victim of hit and run. Asked security to see if it was on video. They said we had to file a police report before they review the footage to see if we were hit by another car because it is private property. That's bulls**t. If it's on private property then the more reason they could check without having to file a report. Donuts reign supreme in the rent a cop world. read more

The shops are great and I love that you can go walking before the stores open up. However, there is trash everywhere on the exterior of the building, especially in the underground parking areas. Need to clean that up,! read more

Family restrooms have been closed for months and the only alternative is the concrete slabs in the bathroom by the food court. Be better.

Malls in general are becoming ghost areas. I went to the mall to help a friend shop. I was surprised by the number of stores open...(compared to Foothills Mall). The staff everywhere we visited were super nice and helpful. I wanted to eat at the food court, but I was having my cars oil changed , and time was not there this visit. Yep...I actually will go back and visit this mall. I have not been there since 2018, and I was pleasantly surprised that there were plenty of stores open and even kiosks open , with the young staff that work at those kiosks....mindlessly on their phones. I used to go here often as a kid but I find myself only going when absolutely necessary now. The bathrooms are always dirty and smell bad and the AC and heating isn't great. As a wheelchair user I was disturbed by the main elevator. I witnessed a child in a stroller get caught between the doors and the doors just kept closing. Even multiple adults pulling as hard as they could on the doors couldn't stop them from starting to smash the stroller with the kid inside, thank the lord they were able to push the stroller back in before the child got hurt. Later on in the day I watched a man almost get his hands and fingers smashed in the elevator doors when trying to hold the door open for a lady. The mall needs proper maintenance and staffing if they want people to enjoy being there! The parking lot by JC Penny was COVERED in trash it was shocking. I remember so many fond memories at this place as a child but I would never bring a child here. It's dirty and a bit sketchy especially at night. You have stores at which people like to purchase items but make it as inconvenient as possible to do so with stupid bankers hours. I'll bet you even increase the rent on your tenants regularly, too. It's a dinosaur. Fixtures in the mall are ancient and the number of No-Name stores turn most would be customer's off immediately. I realize malls are no longer moneymakers so why don't they close it. Seems like an awful lot of effort for very little return. read more

They're super helpful and always on point with the latest...... they have SO many options for gifts (or some self love) whatever floats your boat. The whole crew rocks but Vernon?! Anytime we visit Tucson, we always stop by this mall! We usually have lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and then we continue to do some shopping! Our favorite stores here are Harvey's Collectibles, Build A Bear, and the Container Store! It's usually not a super busy mall which is also great! Jewelers do not fully disclose return policy. Nothing on my receipt says you can't return an item if it was sent to be resized. Clerk never disclosed this during purchase process. I even called two days later to return item not in my possession yet, said I had to drive 80 miles rr to come into store. Came in on 8th day and was told I could NOT return it. Even though selling clerk apologized for not making return policy clear. Buyer be ware! read more

I decided to give the Tucson Mall a try again. Being in Tucson nearly my whole life it used to be great, I did not realize it has started allowing con artists to be a part of Mall. Coming down the escalator a Shoe MGK vendor spotted my daughter's dirty shoes and offered to clean them. After the first shoe it looked okay, then he showed me the price of the product, twice that on Amazon. I said no but asked him to finish her second shoe so it didn't look ridiculous...he said no, and pointed to the paper, that is not out for public display that the shoe cleaning is free with purchase. What a con and a lousy way to do business. The crook knew what he was doing targeting a young 11 year old girl...The persons being conned next to me was a wound woman, too. I should have trusted my gut something was shady. He then offered to clean the second one for a tip if I was not going to buy, fine, I gave him $5 so my daughter's shoes would not look ridiculous and that was all I had. I am shocked you allow that type of street vendor con artist scheme in your mall. Avoid Shoe MGK and their lousy business at all costs. read more

Ahhh, the mall. We took a daycation to come here, and got smart by going during the day on a Friday before Christmas; it wasn't jammed packed with anxiousness and mad shoppers running everywhere. It was nice to see various stores with their version of decorating for the Holidays. The lack of many bathrooms led me big store potty looking, and finding. Also, I didn't know dogs (leashed) were allowed in malls? We enjoyed the food court, trying different cultured food. I'd suggest coming here, but only through non-rush hours. read more

If you are looking for a great mall in Tucson, the Tucson mall is a great choice. They have tons of stores and a lot that are brand new that I had never heard of. The food court has a wide variety of choices ranging from sandwiches and Chinese food to Mexican food and smoothies. My favorite is the Gathering Space for coffee. read more

Walked n the Tucson Mall, and first thing noticed there was no Security walking around. Secondly, Boba Tea Company there was either a person working there or someone was standing around smoking weed. I'm impressed that this mall has lasted this long. They've managed to evolve and Incorporate some local businesses into the mix. That's what caught my eye! Eateries like Snack Monster, pistaccio gelato, crepe and dip and more! There's even a some local boutiques there too like South street bodega. read more

This mall has several bootleg vendor stores occupying large spaces. SoCal Arts is one of which, selling a plethora of unlicensed canvas art prints of popular Disney and Warner Brothers characters. I found 3 of my own fanart pieces for sale within this store. read more

My recent visit to the Tucson mall was underwhelming. The selection of stores seems to be limited, with an abundance of independent businesses and a noticeable lack of well-known, certified retailers. While, yes, supporting local businesses is important, it seems as if the mall has strayed away from its purpose as a premier shopping destination. The atmosphere (imo) is less than inviting, with an overall sense that the mall is in need of significant updates. The 1.2 million square foot complex has tremendous potential, but it's clear that's it's not being utilized to its fullest. The malls current state feels like a missed opportunity for something exceptional. The only thing going for it is the fact that ~some~ of the retailers offered at this mall are the only ones in town such as American Eagle, Cotton On, Macys (which is a total mess), REI, and Pacsun, etc. That being said however, without substantial improvements, I find it difficult to justify a return visit. read more

Good size mall filled with the usual brands such as Hollister, AE, Pacsun, and more. Place is very well kept and clean. The food court is a bit limited of options and location was in a long awkward hallway, but the boba tea store on the second floor was a nice surprise. With holiday shopping in full swing this mall is packed. read more

When visiting a friend in Tucson recently we visited the Tucson Mall and I was very impressed. This mall has a fantastic selection of stores. It's large, bright and clean.
