The staff is always friendly, professional, and does a great job with my son every teeth cleaning. We've always been happy with the care he receives. The only downside is the wait time. It seems like they're often short-staffed because almost every visit ends up being an hour or more before we're seen. That's the only reason I don't enjoy coming here. My daughter got her filling for a cavity at this location. Afterwards, she complained of pain and the filling came out. I returned to this location to see if they could see her because of the excruciating pain. Instead of helping to fix the issue, the doctor there refused treatment. They said that the original dentist had to be the one to treat her. They said that because the dentist was already paid, they had to be the ONLY one that could treat her. Even though she was in pain, I agreed to make an appointment at another location with the same doctor. When I drove 10+ miles to this new location, they refused to see her again because this time the doctor wasn't there. This is strange because I made an appointment with the assurance that the dentist would be there and able to treat my daughter. Finally, after some back and forth, the new location was able to provide me with alternatives that the original Super Dentist in Escondido never mentioned. My daughter was in pain from her failed filling for about a week before she was finally able to be treated. I'm just frustrated because all I wanted was for them to fix my daughter's filling and alleviate her pain. Instead I was met with unprofessional service that made it seem like they only care about the money. read more

Please please go to a different dentist! I have been to two different locations and at both the office staff was super rude. One of the assistants at the Escondido location insisted my child needed a specific sealant even after I had declined it. They still went ahead and did the sealant and charged me for it. They also seem to not want to fill cavities just jump to crowns as the only option. I honestly felt scammed at this dentist big time! I've spent over $600 here and am not happy about it because it felt unnecessary and like I was being fed lies just for them to get my money. Also they billed my insurance double procedures which I had to fight to be corrected as well as billing for things my child did not have done! Do not go to the super dentist! read more

I took my autistic son here and was very disappointed by how unprepared and insensitive the staff were. I told the front desk we do not consent to any restraints, and they said they'd note it. But once we were called in, the first thing we saw were the straps. My son was already overwhelmed and anxious, and instead of showing understanding, staff stared and made him more uncomfortable. When I asked about general anesthesia, they said he'd just get a shot with mild sedation -- which isn't appropriate for a child who doesn't understand verbal commands. When I declined to continue, staff whispered and made comments, even saying "insurance won't cover that and you'll pay." This visit wasn't about money -- it was about my child's safety and emotional well-being. I truly hope this office improves their sensitivity and training with special needs children. We took our 4 year old here for a cleaning and it was the worst cleaning experience. They accomplished nothing. The entire exam and cleaning took less than 5 minutes, all they did was polish her teeth while avoiding obvious plague buildup My wife asked the dentist if she could use the metal pick for a thorough go over to which she responded she didn't need it. We cleaned her teeth when we came home and they charged us 140 for a less than 5 minute cleaning and exam. As a medical professional, this is unacceptable. We won't be back read more

Beware! They want to pretend they are kid friendly but if you're preschooler is scared and doesn't want to engage, they suggest mouth devices to fully traumatize them. Then the doc will spend 3 min with you and tell you the kid has 8 cavities that need taken care of now to make money. We got a 2nd opinion and they said let's watch 3. First I would like to say that my 6 year is on the spectrum and the dentist is one of the hardest things for him. Yesterday we had the privilege of working with Yasmin who was INCREDIBLE this woman needs a raise! My son really likes to know every single step of what they're doing, and she took so much time and so much patience with him on every single step. Every single time we have been to the dentist it has been screaming kicking and crying with hardly anything accomplished but for the first time ever my son had such a incredible experience that he is so proud of himself and as a parent that is anything I could ask for. Took my 9 year to this location for the first time and it was great all around. There is so much for the kids to do while they wait; iPads, TVs, dress up area, a slide! And for the parents, a nice selection of coffee and teas. The front desk staff was welcoming and informative, gave us a quick little tour since we arrived really early. Once my daughter was brought back, everyone was friendly and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. She was just in for a routine check up and cleaning but they were frequently checking in with her and explaining every step. Recommend! read more

It was my first time at super dentist for my son. I was really nervous but before even showing up the office calmed my nerves over the phone by answering my million questions. Once we showed up the games and books made my son feel at ease. We even had a manager come check on us. Once we were inside dr Kendra was awesome with our son and it was easy and quick. When appointments are made they are OBVIOUSLY meant to be kept unless you get VERBAL notice we can't make it. How inconvenient of us to show up and be told it's cancelled and that there's an hr and a half wait. NO ACCOMMODATION at all! Terrible service here and they show no consideration what so ever.
