I had braces here for two years and really appreciated the hygienists--they were always friendly and clearly did most of the hands-on work. Dr. Davis mainly checked in briefly, but the treatment itself got the job done. The problem started after treatment ended. My clear retainers keep cracking, and I already had to pay $150 for a replacement. They continue to break, and when I asked Miranda if there were any permanent retainer options--either here or elsewhere--she completely shut me down. She was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. It honestly feels like once your braces are off and you've finished paying, they stop caring. I expected long-term support after such a big investment, and I'm disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled. read more

Took my daughter there today it was her 2nd visit but my first time. We were greeted by Sandra and Maria immediately. You could really feel the genuineness from them both on being excited that my daughter was back. I filled out some paperwork and was given copies of it all. Then Cynthia who was also extremely pleasant guided me back to where my daughter would be after imaging. I don't remember the name of who actually treated my daughter but I will say they were phenomenal they let me know what the process would be like and if a spacer fell out to just give them a call and come back in. All 3 of my kids needed braces. After interviewing 3 different orthodontists. We chose Davis Orthodontics. They evaluated them all then sat down with us and laid out the plan for each child including price. Which was a big deal since we were about to do 3 kids at once. They presented the best and the cost was doable especially since they let us make payments. Their staff is great! We have now been coming to them for nearly 8 months. Dr.Davis & his orthodontist team is so wonderful. Although I did not get braces here, my consultation with him was amazing. Very good bed side manners, the staff was so kind. The only reason why I didn't go to Dr.Davis was because I went to a family friend orthodontist instead, otherwise, he would have been my #1 choice! Pricing IS FAIR PEOPLE!!! Just like plastic surgery or any augmentation you want on your body, braces/retainers are considered a voluntary or "luxury" surgery. Super friendly staff and bilingual! Jasmin helped my out and answered all my general dental question. So helpful, that she provided a diagram. Orthodontist assistance are super nice but the Ortho Doctor could have explained my teeth results better, instead of just saying "You need braces, any questions?" I would avoid this place they tried to make things seem worse than they really are and said my insurance wouldn't cover anything but when I called my insurance they said they would most likely cover my treatment. They tried to make me sign the pay contract and when I denied they didn't look to happy. I would avoid this office, and get a second opinion. read more

This place is a rip off that tries way too hard to convince you you are worse than you actually are. Tried to charge me $6000 ridiculous headgear as a 19 year old with a life, tried way too hard to persuade me, so I got a 2nd opinion at Bright Now! Dental. I visited today for the second time with my daughter. She was referred over by her primary dentist. She sucked her thumb until she was 6 years old until we were finally able to break that habit, but by then we knew she might need braces in her future. First visit was at age 7. Most of her baby teeth still in so no braces yet. Second visit was today,1 year later at age 8. The doctor mentioned she likely not be ready until age 12. So far this office has not changed me for consultation. Both visit they have been extremely friendly. My next visit will be in two years as in the last year she only lost one tooth and will be some time before all her adult teeth are in. My daughter is aware that braces will not be the most confortable but her experience here has been great she does not mind coming in especially since they have video game to play while she is waiting. I won't say I'm happy about the price tag at the end but it's expected now. read more
