First, I will say that everyone is super nice. But, maybe super fake nice. I had breast augmentation in November of 2023. I was a very small A. I sent in several pics of the way I wanted them to look. I was shown through the implants how they WOULD look. I specifically said I did not want the "far apart" look where I would have to always wear a push up bra. I then had to spend time and money with a hematoma I developed. I did everything I was told. Then I was told they weren't looking larger because they would drop. Etc, etc. spent thousands to have to just go back and still wear the same size bra and swimsuits and have to use a push up- which I was doing anyway. There is no difference in my $60 bra of October 2023 and my $7K boobs from November 2023 when you look at pics. I went back in because I literally cry thinking of what I spent and went through almost daily for NOWHERE near the result I wanted. In order for anything to change I would have to spend another TEN thousand dollars I was told. Most exciting decision of my adulthood turned into the biggest regret of my life. I hate writing reviews, esp because they are nice ladies... but nice would have been making it right as I was told over and over again in the beginning how important that "is to them" and their "commitment to excellence"... if I could go back to the morning of and walk out, I would 1,000%. read more

Had Botox here by Christian, and since I'm not new to botox, I provided some guidance on what works for my face. She ignored my recommendations and overfilled my forehead and eye area and I was left with wonky brows and drooping eyes for 4 months. The next time a customer provides insight into what works for them, please listen to the patient. Less is always more on a first time customer. I will never be back. read more

It took me a year & a half to write this review because I don't like writing bad reviews. However , after traveling around trying to find the best surgeon for my surgery, at one point already paying another facility but then canceled due to the fact that I received good feed back on the Swan Center & opted to go there instead . I had anxiety as I had never done a surgery before & had so many fears . I then happen to have met Dr. Catignani . I literally brought a list with me to my consultation & had a thorough conversation about what I didn't want . She assured me, there would be no issues . She explained the difference between the implants - I chose the more natural, softer implants ( which costs more ) I did my surgery & when I got home I noticed how weird everything looked ( I was afraid to look in the mirror). I did everything she asked me to. I wore my surgery bra , didn't smoke or any of that . Once the swelling went down , I was presented with a botched surgery.. I went to all follow up consultations, she gave me something to tie around my breasts and told me to watch it & it might go right to normal . Nothing has changed since . My nipples aren't EVEN ..( my right nipple is almost to my armpit) , the implants are NOT soft , the sizes are not what I requested , my breasts don't move & my body doesn't feel completely ok ever since my surgery . I still feel uncomfortable bending to pick things up because it still affects my boobs . The doctor knows all this . The office knows this ! I reached out to the office at one point trying speak with the Manager in person & that was denied . In addition, Dr. Catignani expressed that she can have be go back under surgery & fix the problem but I'd have to pay an additional $2500. And this is after having spent over $7500 for a botched breasts augmentation . This was not initially expressed . After surgery , once she agreed with my concerns , she told me not to worry , if anything is wrong she'll fix it and she never mentioned any additional cost at that point. This isn't the place for you ! - Very friendly atmosphere at first until your money has been received . I'm yet to hear from anyone from The Swan Center to find out if everything is ok . For these reasons , The Swan Center will be seeing me in court soon ...! I have suffered so much due to this surgery ...Suicidal thoughts ...I don't even like taking showers anymore cause I don't like seeing the "botched work " on my chest . I went to see Dr. Cristen M. Catignani back in June 2021 for a Tummy Tuck. The goal was to get rid of the fat surrounding my stomach. I have worked out for years, however, this stomach was a consistent problem for me. I decided to see a plastic surgeon in hopes of getting my stomach flatter than it was at present. I ended up having a tummy tuck however, the results were not to my liking. I expressed my concerns to the Dr., but I was told I had gained weight and perhaps losing at least 5 pounds would give me the desired look I wanted. I was a little taken aback by this feedback as I only gained 1 or 2 pounds. To make a long story short, the Dr. did not tighten my ab muscles which in turn caused a bulge above my belly button. I exercised and changed my eating habits and the bulge never moved. I eventually went to another Dr. who corrected the problem, and I am 100% satisfied with my "new results." I wasted $$$$$ on this first surgery and spent even more on corrective surgery. I would not recommend this Dr. for Tummy Tuck surgery as my experience was horrible. read more

PLEASE READ. SINCE THEY STILL HAVEN'T TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT OVER A YEAR...... HERE'S MY EXPERIENCE. I wouldn't even give a star if I could. first, Dont expect to be seen by an actual experienced doctor or plastic surgeon for fillers or botox. Dana is the injector. With a 3,000 tab on fillers and botox, she gave me the worst infection i have had in my life. And went I went back to tell her it wasn't normal...instead of treating me for a medical emergency, she told me to take allergy meds and ibuprofen for 2 weeks and go back there. After almost $15,000 worth of medical bills, days of work lost, being on antibiotics and corticosteroids she never even replied to my phone calls or messages. My wonderful dermatoligist had to treat me for almost 3 weeks straight. When she finally was able to reduce the swelling she made an entrance on the skin and removed an extreme amount of pus from my skin. I got a Cranial MRI done, showing that there was filler of a different composition than what she said was injected in my face....ALL OVER MY FACE. MRI results even read "ABNORMAL T2 HYPERINTENSE SIGNAL IN THE PREMAXILLARY SOFT TISSUE". My Doctor, tried contacting the swan center and never even got a response. The filler was done on January 18,2019. Dana saw me two weeks after and told me to take antihistamine and ibuprofen. After having gone to the ER with cellulitis, i was prescribed the antibiotic. Every doctor I went to was appauled that she wasn't treating it already. My dermatologist said she should have treated it as a medical emergency. It is now more than a year and I still have residue of biofilm under my skin. Dana? Dr.Fardo? The swan center? Never respond to any attempt i have tried to make for an appointment. I had a disappointing experience. I was unable to get the surgery done. During the phone consultation with Nancy I explained I had gone to a previous Abdominalplasty consultation , the very reason why I did not schedule with them was because I was under time constraints. Nancy assured surgery could be performed on March 10, 2020, she also ask about the rate I was to pay she explained competitive rates are considered I attended the consultation March 4 2020 we agreed and signed off on March 10,2020 as the surgery date, the rate however was a $1200 increase, Nancy explains she understood it was high, she would talk to billing about any possible discounts, she said she would have a answer by March 5, 2020. I offered to pay the $500 deposit, she insisted I waited until I got a quote by March 5.( she could take a card over the phone) March 5, came and went. March 6, 2020 I emailed Nancy. A matter of fact email reply was sent. "I was not able to make it to the office yesterday. So I apologize for no update. The best we can do in regards to your surgical quote will be"... a $500 reduction.... . Surgery date: "Monday March 23rd or Tuesday March 24th . March 10th is no longer available" The pandemic has taken everyone by storm the nurse at the pre-op appt shares "everyone is calling taking the cancellations, moving their appts, to heal while we are in crisis. I asked for a earlier date as well ( I honestly thought I would have been considered naturally because my original surgery date was... March 10th!, it was cancelled because Nancy was unable to respond timely.) Again to my disappointment I was denied an earlier appointment. I get a call March 20, 2020, out of anyone's control all elective surgery have been canceled for the next two weeks. Dr Bauer was a very nice doctor back when he first started out..... but DO YOUR RESEARCH! Make sure you know what you are signing up for and know the complications that could happen. Seriously there are no stupid questions with plastic surgery consultation so ask anything because it's going to affect you later if you don't and these doctors won't talk about complications unless asked. I know for a fact this Dr Bauer has performed horrible work (I was one of the patients), won't admit to it, and then tries to gouge more money out of these people to repair the first surgery that he's done. It should also be noted this practice alters patients surgery notes and also will not allow for these patients that have had surgery there to have access to their files or photos even when they've been asked for repeatedly to be able to go get second opinion. People who have spent thousands of dollars for surgery performed at this center shouldn't be made to feel like they can't tell doctor they are unhappy with their results without being told they are crazy or feel dismissed. This practice has a LONG HISTORY of doing just that. Back in 1999, I was young.. wanted implants and Dr. Bauer was the first and only doctor I interviewed to do my breast augmentation. (Rookie mistake) Not only did the implants bottom out, but when I went back to him for help with this disfigurement, his suggestion was to put a BIGGER implant in me and charge more money to fix what I originally paid for. He had just become the "Swan Center" when this happened. I was freaking out cause I didn't have the money they quoted to fix what was basically the doctor putting too large of an implant in my body in the first place. Thankfully I went to see other doctors and they gave me the insight to go back to Dr. Bauer and demand he fix it and it definitely shouldn't cost MORE than my original surgery to do so. Finally Dr. Bauer and his team agreed to just charge me operating room costs and the anesthesia (1/3 of the cost of his suggested fix - yes, you read that right!). They looked great after reconstruction performed - like they should have looked all along. My best advice is definitely do your research and see many doctors before deciding to choose who alters your body. read more

After years of consultations with many different Doctors I finally decided to get some things on my "wish list" done! I had heard great things about The Swan Center! I had my consultation with Dr. Fardo and knew immediately that he was the Dr. for me! I felt very comfortable with him and his nurse Katie. Make sure you get everything I writing. I was informed by the spa staff that one halo procedure would "take care of all my facial skin imperfections ". I made an appointment for a halo over the telephone was told a deposit of more than $300 was required to "hold my place". When I called two and a half weeks before the appointment to cancel, the Spa Center refused to refund my deposit, even though I never signed anything and was not informed of no refund for the deposit. The procedure cost $ 1600. Three months following I did not notice a significant improvement. I still have a large brown age spots on my cheeks and discoloration on my forehead. A friend and I went to the Swan Center for cool sculpting. We both had very similar experiences. I opted for the larger applicators which of course cost more. She spent $1400 mine was $2000. The results was VERY MINIMAL if any at all!!! The facility and staff were very nice. However I would never recommend this procedure. I went to get rid of a small pouch on my stomach. If I had the $ to spend over again I would hire a personal trainer to come to my house for a couple months and kick my butt into shape. I went in for a full mommy makeover. I spent $16,000.00. My breast are fine but they were not really bad to begin with just got a little added to the top portion. The rest is horrible. I can never where a bathing suit or even a fitted top. I look like I'm pregnant the way all the fat is pushed up under my breast. I did not like the results since the 3rd month i knew it was bad. I did complain and one nurse said it would look better at 6 months after swelling another nurse said well that is for you to work off. Dr. Cat did apologize and say she did not explain fully what the outcome would be. I hate the way I look and i have dog ears on the side of my incision.The doctor said she can take them off but i just cant. I'm so disgusted with the fact i spent so much money and ended up deformed. I went to Dr Fardo for CO2 laser facial rejuvenation. I told him I was especially concerned about the lines on my lip and chin. He told me he used a newer laser with excellent results and showed me remarkable before and after photos of women who had terrible wrinkles and afterwards had beautiful skin and no wrinkles. He assured me I would be pleased and not to worry so I paid $4020.00 and scheduled the procedure. After I healed from the laser I was very disappointed. There was very little difference on my chin and lip and some areas were missed. Dr Fardo explained it was all computerized and that couldn't happen except it was completely obvious that it did. If it is all computerized couldn't anyone proficient in computers perform the procedure? Dr Fardo then tried to sell me injectables but I told him I wasn't interested i wanted the results of the laser which I had paid for. Dr Fardo repeated the procedure. He told me it was the same as the first treatment except I barely had any down time and there was almost no change. I'm extremely disappointed and basically wasted $4020.00. read more

I was disappointed with my experience at Swan Center. I went for a CoolSculpting consultation and was seen by the technician. She spent less than two minutes with me before she immediately said that I needed plastic surgery and that she would have to refer me to an intake specialist for a consultation with a surgeon. She said someone would be in touch within 24 hours for follow up. At that point, she couldn't rush me out the door fast enough, did not answer any more of my questions and at this point, almost 2 weeks later no one has contacted me. I have since gone to my dermatologist office for another consultation and have my first CoolSculpting treatment scheduled there. I am disappointed that Swan Center did not want to spend the time with me and clearly only wanted the business for plastic surgery referrals. I went to the Swan center for my initial consultation. I met with Dr Bauer and his nurse. They were very conversational and personable. They seem to care about what procedure I was having. Tummy tuck, liposuction and hernia repair. They requested me to have a a medical clearance through my primary, which I did and was cleared. In my consultation they recommended me to lost some weight before surgery. I paid the $500 deposit to go ahead and schedule my surgery, got my medical clearance for surgery. The day of my pre-op ONE WEEK before surgery. (Mind you , I scheduled 2 weeks off of work, scraped together the $14,000 from retirement and other ways. Had my friend scheduled to come and stay with my for a week and rented a recliner chair for after surgery.) I met with someone and she was going over procedures and said I would have to do a cover test before, Im like ok, but I said I just got my second vaccine on Sunday so I should be good to go. She looked at me and said "Sunday" and I said yes. She said that we probably won't be able to do my surgery because it isn't 14 days out from surgery. Ill. have to check with the Dr. They came back and said I would need to reschedule my surgery. I was like nobody ever mentioned that in the consultation. They said they would call and reschedule. They called after 5 hours and said that they weren't able to do my surgery because my BMI was to high and that they won't preform surgery. I WAS PISSED!!! Don't you think they would highlight these requirements before I left that consultation? They recommended me to lose some weight. They didn't say it was a requirement and if I didn't I wouldn't be able to have the surgery plus the 14 DAY Covid vaccine? I was devastated and crushed needless to say. I had prepared myself mentally and financially, set this up and was ready to roll to JUST TO BE SHUT DOWN LIKE NOTHING. I was very upset and said that they weren't transparent in the consultation and that they shattered what I had planned for a long time, the person was rude and said they would refund me but no compassion at all.
