I checked out The Syndicate after seeing it on TikTok, and the inside is honestly super nice clean, cool, and definitely worth a visit they have a lot to select from. The only downside is the parking, they only have about five spots, so street parking is your best bet. When you walk in, you hand your ID to the guy, and he's pretty chill better customer service from him than inside. They had some good deals too I grabbed three Plug & Plays for around $50-something before tax. The customer service was good, not amazing but not bad either. I asked to see the two differences between two plug-in play pods, and instead of having them shown to me-- like they have in the past, she says i can't show them to u but looks at the labels then she just turns and says "this one is higher" without stating the percentages. Then when I paid for my product, there wasn't enough money to return my change. The change may have been about $.50, but I know with this bud tender if I didn't have the $.50 I wouldn't have got my pod. Terrible business done with me today. Depending on who your "bud tender" is will determine your experience here. I had Salik my first time and another nice blonde the second time I went. They were helpful and friendly! On my last time before I left for GA we were stuck with Caitlyn as our bud tender. She wasn't helpful at all and wouldn't even let me grab my own lighter like I did the last time. When I return definitely won't be shopping with Caitlyn. Other than that they had a decent selection to chose from. read more
