Spent $160 on 4/20 and I got a 1.25g rosin cookies brand disposable and a 710 labs 1g rosin dispo. Very pricey items as you can see for good quality but when I got home I was expecting a good reaction from opening the cookies pen but the dispo was not even halfway and tasted burnt and old. Packaging date was old more than 6 months which was my fault for not looking but why was it already opened? My 710 labs lasted way longer and it has less. Leading to my assumption of employees tampering with merchandise. I've been smoking for more than 10 years and this is crazy for such expensive purchase. I also am not a local resident of maywood so I couldn't go back. This concludes my rating of 1 star, it was also my first time at cookies. But now they lost a customer. Try Catalyst. Compared to how the service here was better before renovation, the employees are rude and when I ask them questions about specific Cookies strains I pick up, they can't answer me or look on the package to confirm information such as packaging date. Well I got some Black Cherry Gelato from Cookies and lo and behold! I take off the plastic ring outside the tub and get the blue container inside that holds the flower. I get the cap off only to reveal the package was already opened. And I questioned the amount because it definitely did not look like 1/8th. On top of rude and unhelpful service, I have concluded that I will no longer be returning after all these years. I've never had that happen to me when picking up from any Cookies location. This place has definitely lost its sparkle and is way less busy than when I was going before and during COVID. Customers' time and business are not valued nor appreciated here.
