The owner John Wheeler, said that the teacher is certified but that the math was too advanced (which is not our problem). We have been trying to get a refund since January and he's been giving us the run around because he took $300 for nothing. No services were provided except for the one session and the teacher didn't know the math. He's very unprofessional and I would no recommend this location to anyone. He also threatened that if I posted a review he would reply claiming what I was saying was not true. This is him agreeing that the math was too advanced for my sister which proves services weren't provided. This is also him reaching out after tutoring was needed in December, offering an online session because his "college teacher" was not back in town, which is not what we wanted and was not helpful.

When I attempted to express my confusion, Ms. Conn's response was to rashly announce that she would "just take him off our list." Throughout our conversation, Ms. Conn wielded her words and tone like a weapon, showcasing an unsettling display of privilege and power. As the school leader, we expected her to foster a sense of collaboration and partnership in the enrollment process, bridging the gap between families, students, and other school stakeholders. Instead, we encountered an individual who took pleasure in her gatekeeping role, someone who reveled in the ability to dictate, limit, and control access. Ms. Conn's entire attitude was unarguably condescending, her demeanor cold, and her empathy was nowhere to be found. We consider ourselves fortunate that we could glimpse her true nature before we made the mistake of entrusting our son's education and emotional well-being to her. Zero stars.

As a dual-credit student I took some challenging college classes and they taught me better than some seasoned professors. Mr. Alan personally meets with all his students and takes interest in what their goals are- be it college choice, grades, or SAT test scores- and helps make it happen. He makes sure they are pushed to excel in the areas they need to be, not just sit and breeze by the work. I'm very thankful for the experience I had here and I wish all of them well.
