I first tried to contact them by phone, where they direct you to contact them via their website, so I did. I waited 2 weeks as I know Spring is busy, but no response. So I called again, this time intending to leave a Voicemail, but it was full. So I left another message on the website. That was 3 weeks ago. I fully understand this is a busy season for landscapers, but they actually claim in the website that they'll help you find someone if they can't take you on. I guess that only counts if they acknowledge you. :(

He re-edged and mulched my garden beds and moved around some shrubs at my request giving me good advice as to where certain types of shrubs would grow better. This past…read moreThursday at 3:30 in the morning, my wife and I were awoken to an incredibly loud snow blower that a Gardenzilla staff member was using on a driveway next door. This went on for over 40 minutes, despite the fact that there was less than 10 cm of snow and the snowfall had been over for over 12 hours! When I reached out to Gardenzilla, their reply was that "it was probably a broken muffler". Well, if it was a broken muffler, why not clear the snow the old-fashioned way: with a shovel?!? That way, members of the neighbourhood would not have to be blasted awake in the middle of the night. Lazy, lazy, lazy!
