The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people.
