I was easily able to find the "Mizzou Mom" sweater I came for (but you might want to add some step-mom, step-dad stuff as other college stores have just to cover the bases there too) and they had several parent options that were cute. We got mugs, t-shirts, and saw all the things we came for. Staff walking around were friendly and took great care of us. Checkout was fast and pleasant.

If I'm can't find a specific book that BN app says is in stock there, one (or more) employees are always willing to take the time & effort to chase it down. Yes, even during busy times. Checkout line can sometimes get backed up but additional help is called in. (Or I check out at their cafe's register.)
