Start to finish, Next Level Bartending was phenomenal. They made our wedding a blast. You get 5 signature drinks, they let me customize the menu, which meant a lot. The drinks were delicious. Everyone, was super sweet, communicative, and accommodating. Everything went smoothly. They know there stuff. Also, it was also a great value. I highly recommend them.

They are truly NEXT LEVEL. Erica & Brandy bartended a family wedding and the drinks were amazing. They were here on time. Came prepared with all of their bar tools and even brought a drink menu with them to display. They brought garnishes for drinks as well. We hired next level for a recent celebration of life party at our house, and I can't recommend them enough. The company was very easy to communicate with, helped us design a nice cocktail menu, and provided everything we needed making it a great experience for us. The drinks were great. Next level took care of me for the second time, I used them last year when my daughters turned 21 and this time around it was my daughter's graduation party. We had Next Level Bartending bartend our Christmas party. Brandy was AMAZING! She was slightly early to get setup and by the time the first guest arrived, she was ready to make drinks! She had the drinks coming all night and even cleaned up and organized the drinks at the end of the night before she left! A+ job! Danny had provided a list of items to buy in preparation for the specialty drinks we wanted served. That was extremely helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Our house party was a huge success and looks like it's going to become a tradition. This was our first time ever hiring a bartender, but because Danny and Brandy made it so easy and affordable, I'm going to be hiring them a lot more often! read more

I will start with the good. Erica was friendly, early and very organized. Now the bad, I communicated with presumably the owner of the business. He did not give a lot of information so I constantly was asking questions. Finally, when he sent me the invoice, I realized that he did not specify the type of alcohol that was being provided in terms of tier. He then said it was Costco alcohol, which I know is supposed to be good but not what I wanted. I wanted to upgrade to the midtier alcohol and we agreed on that. He did not send me a follow up invoice, which was fine because we had had the discussion about upgrading and he acknowledged it and said sounds good. I just had to pay for a $50 deposit. Days leading up to the event, there was no communication on which drinks I wanted so I initiated the conversation. On the day of the event, when the bartender was all set up, I realized that they had brought crappy alcohol and it was not what we agreed to. It was bottom shelf alcohol, not even Costco brand. No one liked the margarita. It was supposed to be a passionfruit margarita. There was no passionfruit flavor and it just tasted like a sour margarita. The mojito was too sweet to drink. The drinks were very weak alcohol wise too. To be fair, people liked the whiskey drink and they used makers mark. I don't think the company is good at communication or follow through, so I wouldn't recommend them. read more

If you are looking for private bartending for your next party or someone else's, this is THE one! The drinks are to die for and they were so easy to communicate with. They had five drinks on the menu and all of them were super delicious and consistent (best part.) I was one of the first ones who got a drink and from the very beginning towards the end, the drinks keep tasting better and better. I am so excited to plan other parties now or even start recommending them to anyone. They were so personable and sweet. They are also very affordable and so worth it! I hired Next Level Bartending for my daughter's surprise birthday party and these guys really went above and beyond! Danny and Gabe were fantastic! The drinks, that I got to name, were top notch and were garnished with fresh fruits. They arrived well ahead of time and were all set up and serving guests before the surprise took place. They even served mocktails much to the kids delight! Great communication leading up to the party and even greater value cost wise for their package deal. Professional yet very friendly service. I even got a bonus the day following the party when Danny sent me a full length video he shot of the guests and my daughter coming in the door! We hired Efrain and his team for our wedding of 180 guests and they were amazing!! I sent him so many pictures of different alcohols and ingredients, just to make sure it was what we needed and he always responded within a few minutes, which I REALLY appreciated since I was already at the store. For the cocktails, Efrain sent me a list to choose from but I was also able to add a drink that wasn't on the list. We also changed some of the cocktails we originally chose and he was happy to adjust. All of the drinks were really good!!! And everyone at the wedding LOVED Scooby Snack so I definitely recommend that one! During the wedding, a few of the groomsmen also requested different drinks that wasn't on the list we had but Efrain was happy to make it for them. My husband and I were so busy the entire time of the wedding so we didn't get to talk to him and his team but all my guests said they were wonderful. They were extremely professional and kind and their customer service is 100%. I definitely recommend hiring them for all of your events and I will definitely hire them again for future events.

Seriously, I've worked with so many vendors and NEVER have dealt with someone like this. I have screenshots of this terrible service, but I would rather not go there publicly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Edit: Original guest count 100, new was down to 75-85. We did the same EXACT wedding last year for the sister with ONE bartender. He mentioned might needing two bartenders total, but agreeing to the ONE. Until last minute that is. Sorry you are not able to service like other bartenders.
