I took some time to investigate before writing this review. The 3 Tinters are a solid choice in deciding where to take your car to get the windows tinted. They offer other window tinting services but I will review the service I had done. TWINS! 2 brothers that are twins run the shop. The 3 Tinters name...I don't know, you'd have to ask them. Maybe they are triplets? They were able to fit me in after work one day around 5:15pm. They were finished before 7pm. I went for a run around the neighborhood while they worked on it and when I came back they had made significant progress. I did a live performance quick change in the restroom from my jogging gear and watched Godzilla in this really comfy chair until they were done. As usual (if you have had this service done before) they offered instructions on how not to roll the windows down for 2-3 days, let the vehicle sit in in the sun, etc. We walked around the car inspecting the work (yes they walked with me like car rental places do). After a few answered questions, i paid, thanked them and left for the evening. I called about 5 days later; I still had bubbles on various windows. They asked me to give it a few more days to settle and to check back if necessary. They were okay with me bringing the car in as well but I opted out. Eventually the bubbles disappeared and I was and still am I a happy customer. By the way it is a lifetime guarantee. You also have several choices on your type and density of your tint. I think I paid roughly $200, either a little less or a little more but in that ballpark. I paid cash which if I remember correctly gave me a better price. read more

Got my sedan done with 50% ceramic a few weeks ago and am very impressed. They did a great job. It took a little longer than they anticipated but the waiting room is fine, good AC, clean bathroom and all that. The bubbles in the rear window disappeared within a week, as promised. It took about two and a half hours to have the windows tinted on my 2014 BMW 320i. That's actually the estimate they gave me. I don't believe they were tinting any cars outside. Didn't see that happening when I went there yesterday. It's a little awkward if you stick around while they tint your windows. You'll definitely want to go somewhere until they're done. Their waiting room is a little on the creepy side and it's very dark. I took an Uber to Starbucks at Target to pass the time. It's not too hard to find the place. I was worried about some wrinkles in my rear window but they went away by this morning. It can take up to 30 days they told me. I also got a lifetime warranty so if anything happens I can have them fixed or replaced! read more

This is the most terrific tint job I've ever had on a car!! These guys know exactly what they are doing. I came in on Saturday to get my 2015 Sonata tinted & my car looks like a completely different vehicle! It looks great!! I was slightly worried a few hours afterwards when I noticed some small water bubbles in the back passenger windows but by this morning all the water had evaporated out (about 48 hrs later)!! I still have to wait a couple days for my tint to completely cure & I can roll my windows down again but I'm already amazed already!!! They did a good job, on time but I don't like my ceramic tinting. I really went for the darkest legal tint which would've worked fine but based on the recommendation of the owner I upgraded but I'm not happy with it. My other cars I got the darkest legal tint and It works better. I wish I had gotten my original wish of darkest legal tint. So 3/5. if owner likes to give advice to upgrade then they should also do a free downgrade. After installation. read more

My black car has been having issues keeping me cool when the temperature reaches 95 or higher. My husband called around and we booked an appointment with them. I had an appointment for my 20,000 mile service at Jim Ellis down the road. I just arranged to have these guys pick up the car from them and do the tinting afterwards. NOW... The measure of a company isn't always how well they do when everything goes as planned, but how well they can do with everything goes to hell. I am leaving in a week for California and have been busy packing both homes, plus working, so I am stressed out anyway. I was there at 7 PM to get my car. One of them called me over, both their heads were down. While putting my mirror back on they accidentally cracked my windshield, which rarely happens, but can happen (like one in 500). They were so apologetic. So nice. Drove me home. I had someone bring my other car to me from my other house. They kept me up to date on my windshield, of course it happened on a Friday night. They worked over the weekend of have it ready by Sunday. They would of had it done sooner but wisely they wanted to give the new windshield time to "set" before they put water on it to put the tint on. I would definitely recommend them. My car looks great! Black on black. They also made sure they were not TOO dark that they would not pass in California. Their shop is squeaky clean, they are super polite and professional. I had my little Miata tinted with them. Pros 1. There was a guy waiting with me for them to open. They turned him down and rescheduled him because I had the 10 a.m. appointment. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! They turned him down because they like to reserve two hours for each car. That is awesome! 2. Prices are reasonable. 3. Great waiting area. DVDs or wifi, your choice. Cons 1. None so far. Tinting is something you only want to do once, so it's important to get it right. That means a clean indoor work environment, meticulous attention to detail and top quality materials. These guys check every box. On top of that, they are easy to deal with. Rasheed patiently explained each option and it's cost/benefit. He asked what my goals were (heat rejection, but not too dark, in my case) and helped my choose the right tint combination. The job looks fantastic! The three tinters did a great job on our truck. I went with Yelp reviews versus Tint World, and they did a ceramic tint on the windshield and two front windows for us. Eventually I want to get the entire truck tinted. I was educated and left to make a decision on which tint grade I wanted. After doing the heat experiment to feel the difference between the tints, I went with the ceramic grade. For Georgia heat, it was more than worth it to me. There was an issue with the tint job because of the weather. It'd been so cold that the adhesive wasn't tacky enough. With having to travel, Raheem came out to where I was located, early the next morning, fixed the issue and explained what was causing it. He was early, professional and very courteous throughout the entire process. I'm grateful for their customer service, their waiting area, and while I waited I watched Forks over Knives, which has changed my lifestyle for the new year. Thanks guys. read more

I got my windows tinted here a few years back when one of my windows started to peel from the bottom. I called to make an appointment, hoping I could get in that same day. They were pretty much booked, but the guy said he was going to try and schedule me in, which he was able to. When I got there around 6, the first thing the guy did when he saw my car was apologize that I had to drive around with the tint rolling up. I know that not every job can be perfect, and the rest of my windows are holding up just fine. I had a warranty from them so I knew I wouldn't have to pay, but still wanted to tip. They refused and apologized once again. I checked the time when I left and it was close to 7. (They were working on someone else's car when I got there.) I checked their website when I got back home, and it stated that they close at 6:30. Now, I know from working in the restaurant business, it SUCKS to get people come in right before you close. The fact that they knew they were going to have to stay later than normal business hours, to work on a car which they were not going to make ANY money off of in freezing weather, AND be kind about it all ... that's customer service. I had a really good experience here. I found this place after purchasing a Groupon for them. I've never had my windows tinted so I didn't really know what to expect. The guys there are very professional. One of the things I really loved is the waiting area. Its small but they have free wifi along with a tv, DVD player and a stack of movies and shows so if you decide to wait on your car it's not complete and total torture. It's only been a week but so far I'm happy with the job they did and based on what they said, I feel pretty confident that they'll have no problem fixing any problems that could potentially happen. read more

Had my Acura TLX done their 6 years ago and never had one issue with the tint. So when I bought my new Tesla Y, I decided to take it back there on last Saturday and as always the did an outstanding job. Considering that Tesla come with 20 percent on the back they took the time to explain that in GA that 20% was not allowed on the front so I got 32 percent on the front and ceramic on other windows not windshield. These are the most professional tinters in Atlanta. They put ceramic tint on my Nissan Maxima, and it has honestly changed my car; I feel like I'm driving a BMW. I had the choice between high performance tint and the ceramic tint. They showed me the difference between the two tints, and the choice was clear. The ceramic tint blocked 70% of the heat. I'm really pleased with the work done. I got the darkest legal tint and it came out beautiful!! Took about 2.5 hours, and he had WiFi and movies there to watch. My mom also liked how it came out and she'll be going there next. Adding before and after pictures there weren't any issues with bubbling.
