I was pretty surprised to see that both Santa and Ms. Clause was pretty good production imo--rather then your cheap Santa suit look and feel. We arrived as soon as the event started at 12pm and the line was already out the door. To give you an idea, it takes about 40 minutes in total if you're starting by the door. Those who visit, the line can get long so dress warm. The line does extend to the outside--but once you get inside, it's warm. After pictures with the Clauses, you're more than welcome to shop in their shop. They got a large variety of chocolate, and have the "fancier" chocolate on display.
