I did not notice any elevator so it would be a hard shop for those who are disabled. Not by any fault of the store owners its an old building. I could not tell the vibe if you could negotiate. Like any antique place, it's odds-and-ends in no particular order, and there was really nothing that jumped out at us. Prices were a bit on the high side, and we figured it was because of the location (the only place in the immediate area). If you're stopping for lunch, and want to kill a few minutes before heading back on the road, take a walk around. You may find something unique.
