I don't know who is letting this man stay working here but it is inappropriate and unprofessional to not only bother someone while they try to eat a bit of food before their flight but also to do so drunk. if i come back and he's still there I'm not going to eat breakfast at the hotel ill grab mcdonalds or something.

This was my first time staying at a Towneplace. Reminded me a lot of a Residence Inn, with a kitchenette and free breakfast. We found our room to be clean and everything worked fine. The mattress was a tad hard and the pillows could have been better. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member, I received a gift at checkin and my name on the welcome board recognizing my Bonvoy status. A nice touch. Probably the oddest thing that happened is when a strong storm blew thru on Saturday night and rainwater was blowing in around the windows. When we called the front desk, they told us they had towels to soak up the water. Given the lack of upscale features, I was surprised that my room cost $338 (including tax) for two queen size beds

The staff is always friendly, and having a kitchen for multi-night stays is an absolute must for me. During my most recent visit, I accidentally left behind a special item that had just been gifted to me. I realized it after arriving at the airport and immediately contacted the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond--she personally retrieved my item and made the process incredibly easy. I sent a prepaid postage label, and today I received my item back. This level of service is exceptional, and it's why there's nowhere else I'd rather stay for my work trips. Thank you for continuing to exceed my expectations!

You have got to be kidding me. This is the worst place I have ever spent a night. This "quaint"…read morebed and breakfast features such amenities as 70's grade school false ceilings complete with flourescent lighting. The windows shake when Harleys ride by. There are ear plugs and a white noise machine by the bed. The kicker, though, is the misquito netting around the bed that hangs from the artificial ceiling. The best part is that the netting smells like cat urine. It's funny, the guest book has entries (all written by men) about their honey moons at this place....why do you suppose these oblivious red necks were writing about how much better it was than their trailer. Could it be that their wives were in tears about the bad sex and worse accomodations? Interestinly enough, most of the pages were torn out of the guest book....can't imagine why. Worst place ever!

We waited at least 10-15 minutes, my husband no, but there was a line forming. And the woman in back said "ain't anyone here?" The bar/restaurant people said the check-in person would be back and she would help, but she doesn't know how. Well that wasn't helpful. The check-in person shows up and states no b/f today or tomorrow and of course we checkout the day after at 5am to catch our flight. We catch the rickety old elevator praying we don't plummet to our death. We go up to 8th floor room and we open the door and it's small as hell. My husband parks car at garage the hotel is associated with. Yes we gots to pay! I can't close bathroom door at all so my son or husband need to always help me every time I gotta take a sh** or pi**. The type of door is sliding but I'm just weak sauce I guess. The TP is at the back of toilet and crooked to boot. In the morning my husband showered after me and my son and their were only 2 towels in our room. We couldn't get anymore til after 6 pm so he had to reuse one of ours. He goes to shower but heard banging and thought it was us.......thin walls, I guess. He made coffee but the lids didn't fit the cups. So left it uncovered and walked down with it to be later spill on himself cuz there was no lid. In between all that, they did inform us there was no maid service. Great. Ok. I'm checking out now to never coming back. Side note: My husband suspects (not sure) that some of the rooms are residential SRO, but despite all that my husband says it's ok and gave it 3 stars but I say hell naw 1. We compromised and gave it 2 very loosely. Please lower the price, 150 is too much for no service.
