First of all, this place is a SCAM. They'll make you pay $80 for a normal speeding ticket and somehow you still end up having to pay court fees. You pay to have their attorney represent you and they will insist on telling you not to show up in court but if you do show up in court you'll find that the "attorney" assigned to your case isn't even there. You can't ask them any questions on the case because they'll just repeat the same lines from their script over to you. The "legal assistants" are plane rude and always manage to mess up on your case somehow. I paid these people and my wife's license still got suspended because they never requested the court date like they said they would. They will OVER CHARGE you if your ticket is late when all you need to do is pay a $16 late fee and you'll be able to request court yourself to avoid this place's absurd prices. The "legal assistants" are just sales people trying to take your money. They have no experience in traffic laws, do your research and ask them questions that a real legal assistant would know and they struggle to answer (quite amusing if you ask me). Oh and ask about the $49 cases, they don't exist! You're better off going to court yourself and getting your ticket dismissed. Don't hire them unless you want court fees and terrible service. read more

They tell their clients they won your case and then when you speak with the Clerk of the Courts in Miami-Dade Aventura area they charge you $377 Cour costs because the Lawyer pleaded NO LO CONTENDRE which is an admission of guilt. They take your $$$ and then you can kiss your ass good by. You cannot trust them when they tell you the case is settled and then 30 days later you receive a letter from the State of Florida advising you that your Drivers License will be cancelled on a date that if you don't pay the Court Costs your license will be cancelled period. I never saw or heard of such a Fraudulent Law Firm anywhere in the USA. Only the State of Florida would allow them to stay in business. I am a Senior Citizen aged 80 and they think just because you got old you got stupid also. I am looking for an Elder Law Firm to file a Class Action Law Suit against this so called The Ticket Clinic A Law Firm. I've used this location 3 times for my daughter. First was a red light ticket and unfortunately she has had two traffic accidents were she rear ended the person in front of her. Both tickets were dismissed by the courts. One being in Broward and the second in Miami Dade.
