Very professional and responsive to questions. Would've liked more proactive updates along the way but that's just my personal preference. Looks like it could go basically one of two ways: One-the officer doesn't show/doesn't have his documents in order and you get off like all the happy reviewers here Two-the officer shows and has everything in order. At this point there's nothing the traffic guy can do for you. You lose and have to pay a court fee in addition to everything else. You do traffic school if you were already eligible, or you get points if you weren't eligible. Unfortunately I was the latter. Not every case is a success. read more
