He failed to use the BM paint I paid extra for (he would not provide a receipt for the paint after numerous requests), failed to remove hardware, failed to paint the closets, failed to paint my kitchen in semi gloss, failed to properly prep new construction... He did do a great job of getting paint on my new appliances and freshly refinished floors.
