I went to buy something. It was the last available product here in store in this Lowe's and it has scratches all over the top of it. It looked like it was you so I asked can you just give a discount 10% knock a couple dollars off? I have no problem buying this item brand new that looks used. The scratches are not a big deal. Brandon was extremely rude about it made me feel like I was asking a dumb question for buying something new with scratches on it saying someone will buy this other people will buy this if you don't want someone will. Do you think that an item that has been sitting there for at least a half a year they would try and get rid of it and satisfy the customer needs . But then again, not Brandon at this Lowe's . I should have talked to a general manager or something about the situation then again it's not that serious. I just do not like when people are rude. Do not like when people act like you're wrong for spending over $200 on something brand new that has scratches on it . I suggest if you have any customer questions go to anybody besides Brandon he deserves to be in the back if you can't deal with customers. He should not be dealing with people if he doesn't know how to be a personable manager and have respect for them.

Delivery drivers damaged refrigerator and washer while unpacking and blamed the factory, then claimed it was my fault on the first attempt. Second delivery attempt was a complete no show and they lied and stated that a door hanger was left. Third attempt at delivery brought more damaged appliances. Lowes customer service did nothing to remedy the situation any time. All they said was how sorry they were and customers are the most important part of the business. Had them refund the purchase and went DIRECTLY to a competitor to give them a shot at my business. Lowes and I are officially DIVORCED after this fiasco. Not first time with Lowes delivery either. Horrible customer service and even worse delivery. Steaming hot trash!

We received a window of noon-5pm and they would call beforehand, no call. At 515 I was informed they broke the slab during manufacturing and to push out the dates. It happened again the following week. They finally tore out, but the next day only installed half the slabs and didn't glue down 2 of them. Then didn't do the backsplash. I had to wait another week for the backsplash to finally be done. I received another noon-5pm window. No call no show. Finally showed up to my door without a call at 615. The countertops and work are done tremendously well, very happy with that part. They scratched apart of the countertop but fixed it right away and now it's perfect. Our issue isn't the scheduling, but the communicate and execution of the time window and calling beforehand. If the company can fix this part, they'd be amazing to work with.

I have shopped over the years at several HF locations including even in other states. I have never gotten the level of Customer Service I received the other day at this Store just off the Parkway East. I have consistently had a good experience at this store in recent years, but in buying a rolling tool cart the other day it was exceptional. Key Points: Freindly, helpfull, respectful and they were not trying to sell or upsell you or blow smoke, if they didn't know, they didn't know.(mostly overheard when other customers were asking questions) I wish other retailers had customer care even close to what I got this weekend at Harbor Freight. TOOLS: it would seem in the last couple of years or so Harbor Freight has upped their game as far as overall tool/product quality is as well. The 5 drawer tool cart I got was a fantastic deal and actually a better unit than others I consider at up to twice the price. (or more) You still have to be a bit careful about what you buy tool wise and some are still hardly worth bringing home but recently they have tools on par with Craftsman, Stanely or similar DIYer grade tools and even some that might compare to professional grade brands. I bought a bar hand held jack hammer and bits. The store was not crowded and the cashiers where very nice. I used the tool already a few times and it works great. I can not vouch for there other brands and tools but the bauer jack hammer is great. I like the Harbor Freight stores as the prices are really good and seem to do the job just fine. I definitely will be back.

With all of the products they have to offer, it can sometimes feel claustrophobic trying to navigate between aisles and rows. The Robinson location had pleasantly wide lanes that allowed for more comfortable browsing. All of the displays were thoughtfully curated and really 'sold' a lot of the products for me. I thought there was decent variety across different rooms of the house as well as outdoor furniture and accessories. The prices for some things seem fair, but others seem a little high. They have a pre-owned, returned, or potentially display model section by checkout and the prices honestly didn't impress us. I saw several employees throughout our visit who all looked friendly and available, but none approached us for help or to simply greet us. The cafe had a wide selection of meals, snacks, and drinks available for affordable prices. Everything looked fresh and somewhat healthy.
