Professionalism- Even though the floral arrangement was a last-minute request, in addition to being an arrangement that the staff was not familiar with, after seeing an example of it on "Google' they determined that it was not only possible to create but they would also deliver it the same day. It was delivered in approximately 3 hours before the viewing time had ended. It was a beautiful arrangement.
