Gutters were installed but over time noticed one corner was not bolted onto the wood (there was no hole in the wood to where it should have been attached) . Reached out to Mario and let him know he said it wasn't his fault and that he has 20+ years of experience. He said he'd come out and charge me $100 to fix it. I didn't think it was fair but I just wanted it fixed. I reached out SEVERAL times over E course of 6 months. Each time he'd say he'd reach out later in the week to schedule. He NEVER did. I got fed up and reached out to another company and sent the same picture I sent Mario. The other company said it was such an easy job that he wouldn't even charge me to fix it. If I did a job and my customer was not happy I'd come out immediately to fix it. Especially if it was going to be so easy! I was given the run around for so many months! Also he was going to charge me for something he didn't do right to begin with. Even another company who had nothing to do with it is willing to come out to fix it for FREE!
