I got my windows tinted here and upon picking up the vehicle I was informed that my rear driver side window does not roll down and would not be covered under warranty. This was news to me but I did not question it because I haven't rolled that window down in a while. I could not test my window here because of not being allowed to roll my windows down for 48-72 hours. Once 72 hours was complete I tested my window and it works perfectly fine. I called and spoke to the owner who talked down to me as if i was a child and knew nothing and he knew everything. He would not admit he was wrong and wouldn't fix the tint and cover it under warranty. I have reported this business to the better business bureau. The disorganization I encountered on my office visit to set up an appointment should have been the tell-tale sign. I was quoted a price for my particular car. The girl who helped me kept going back to the shop to confer with, presumably, the owner for cost/quote. A price was agreed on and I noted it down in the back of their card. When calling the day before appointment to confirm, they couldn't find my appointment. An then when asked about the make of my car, suddenly the price to tint a particular car starts as $... a substantially inflated cost by a sad-sour-depressed-sounding man (says he,"do you want to schedule it or what?...."). My husband missed his appointment on 7/22 in the morning because I got COVID and he is caring for me as best as he can. He called in the afternoon to apologize and try to reschedule when someone answered the phone and quite LITERALLY told him, "F*CK off and F*CK you" then hung up on him. He called back to speak with a manager to explain the poor customer service. My husband and I have had 3 Volkswagen Passats tinted here, a Mini Cooper, a Volkswagen GTI, a Honda Pilot, and a Ford F250. Everytime we get a new car, we were loyal customers and came back. He got the "run around" about 2 times with employees telling him to call back because the manager was unavailable. The third time he called, the store just didn't answer, so he left a message explaining the situation. When he didn't get a call back, he figured he'd check to see if the manager was available at that time so he can have an adult like conversation and explain the situation. Keep in mind, we've been loyal customers for YEARS. My husband wasn't outraged or even mad, he just thought this small business may have had an employee that was having a bad day, and wanted to speak to someone that may be familiar with him and could assist in helping him schedule a new appointment for our new vehicle. The OWNER answered the phone and sounded like a reasonable individual initially. He told my husband Friday is their busiest day, so my husband tried to avoid the shop losing potential business & suggested Thursday to reschedule instead; just figured he'd come in on a slower day. This is when the owner completely lost his mind. He LITERALLY started yelling at my husband saying "you're the one who left this long ass message". He started cussing him out, called him a homophobic slur like f*g, and a p*ssy. Once the owner's meltdown finished, he told my husband not to come back. And we plan on doing exactly that. We feel sorry because we love to support local small businesses and we've recommended this small business to so many family and friends and will now have to tell them to avoid it due to this instance. Excellent customer service. I asked for a quote on a yelp since this shop is fairly close to my house. And they responded quickly. After receiving several quotes, they had the best price in town. I made an appointment for 11am on a Saturday because I had to take my other vehicle to the dealership by 8am the same day. So the receptionist said if I wanted to I drop my car off at 7am and not worry about making my appointment. So I did and they had my car done before 11am. So it all worked out. NEGATIVE rating: Worst place I have "EVER" gotten tint! The man didn't want me to explain to him how I wanted my tint banner done but handed me marker to use on the driver side window. Next week, I called to make an appointment, however I didn't recall the quote but I was fine for it even when he increased the price because of two small triangle windows. He was very rude, raised his voice and pushing me to make appointment. They did a good job with the tint, but told us it would be ready at the end of the day. Posted hours said open till 7. My BF was working until 6:30, so it worked out. We got a call around 4, saying the car was ready and we had to get it by 5:30, because that's when they closed. The man who called was really rude when we said that wasn't the posted hours. Absolutely terrible!! If I could give them no stars I would but I went there got two windows and my windshield tinted and after I noticed that there was waves in my front windshield. Before I took it in to show them I waited more than the 30 days that they recommend when I got there the lady said she didn't see anything at all and pulled it around back into the shop. After she then brought my car back around and said that they didn't see anything and won't do anything at all to fix the issue. Then I asked for them to take it off and get me a refund then they said I'd have to pay to strip it off as the installer guy came in yelling at me to leave and that nothing is wrong with my windshield as I talked to him normal he kept yelling at me and slammed the door in my face. I'll NEVER go back there again or recommend anyone to go there as well as make multiple reviews that way people don't get mistreated like I did. So before I get started, they're getting 2 stars for the poor customer service. They did a pretty good job with the tint, so I can't complain about that. I recently went in to get my entire windshield tinted on our Honda Civic. My boyfriend suggested 45%, and the owner suggested 35%. I knew it was a bad call, but since they were the professionals, my boyfriend and I went with their suggestion. Fast forward three days... the windshield is too dark! We can barely see out of it at night. We called to ask them to do a lighter color (we were fine with paying for it) but he wanted to charge us $200, compared to the $70 we paid to do the install. On top of the extra $130, the man on the phone was being rude and disrespectful to my boyfriend. We are totally for paying for quality services, but we don't enjoy dealing with poor customer service. read more

I had an old car tinted at a different place and after like every 2 week "let it settle" period I had to take it in to have them repair something- just figured bubbles in the tint were like a sad fact of life. Got a jeep- went to these guys got the whole thing tinted LOVED IT. Never needed a repair. Recommended the place to my parents- Mom had to have her old warped tint replaced and it looks GREAT. Got dad's windows tinted for Father's Day and he loves it too. Traded in my Jeep and got these guys to do the replacement and again it's great... that's a total of 4 cars I've brought in and never had an issue- fast and perfect service. Will always recommend.
