I really wanted to get my windows tinted so my car could look sexy and sleek. I did some research and quickly learned that if you go with the wrong people you may end up with bumps on your windows and it looks so bad! So, I asked my brother in-law that is very knowledgeable about car stuff and he made me an appointment at the tint shop. I would like to tell y'all that they did incredible job on my car. My car looks fabulous! I went with limo on the back window and on the two front i went for the legal kind of tint because I don't live life on the edge. On another note, Courtland and her brother Cash are good people they take your car in quickly, get it done and call you ASAP. I just got my Mercedes E300 tinted here. This place has quality tint, good prices and professional installers. I called in for an estimate and they were able to quote me an exact price over the phone, and it was also the same price I paid out the door once the tint was done. I was also able to get an appointment on the same day I called (Saturday afternoon) and they took my car right in and started promptly. I told them I would be waiting for my car there and they gave me a time estimate and the car was ready within their estimated time. The quality of the tint they use is very good and has a nice black tint color which doesn't have a greenish look like some cheaper tints. They use Suntek Carbon and CXP which are both quality tints. I'd recommend paying a little extra for the CXP for the superior heat rejection for keeping cooler in the blazing hot Bakersfield summers. The installer was friendly and professional. The install itself was flawless and clean. Overall, I highly recommend this place. read more

If you want a good warranty, keep looking. My tint has been bubbling for a couple of years and the tint is an ugly purple shades so I called because I found my receipt but the guy said I needed a warranty card. I don't understand how his work is warranted, I have a receipt but I need the warranty card? Shouldn't the receipt suffice? Didn't help me at all. Rude on the phone. read more

I needed the back window of my '18 Civic Hatchback tinted but because of the way it's designed, the back of the car, spoiler, and brake lights need to be taken off just to access the window to cut the tint and I wasn't excited about have my car taken apart but these guys had sheets pre-cut because they knew how time-consuming it can be. I wasn't really sure what to rate The Tint Shop because my experience there was mixed. The day after I got my car, I had an appointment at another tint place but decided not to go there after looking around their shop so I decided to try The Tint Shop after hearing good things about Gary and his crew. When I arrived, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to be squeezed in but Gary was kind and accommodating and took me in to get all 5 windows tinted. I left the car there and returned when they said the car would be done to find that it was about half way done. I was not bothered by this at all because they accommodated me at the last minute so I was not going to complain so I just sat and watched. Seeing the door panels removed from my new car made me feel uneasy but I do understand that that is how they do things so no harm there. The first thing that bothered me was the small child that was running around the shop. He was brushing up on my car and squirting it with the tint solution which did bother me because I had just washed the car. After all is said and done, the car looked great but after getting the car home, I noticed various wrinkles in my new leather seats which were not there prior to the tint. I attempted to call and left a message asking about this and the broken door panel piece that was rattling in the back. Over the weekend, I had also noticed some deep scratches in the paint on the inside of the window on the door frame. When I got in touch with one of the employees, he told me that there was no way that the wrinkles, scratches, or broken piece could have been from them and pretty told me to bring it by the next day at 3. When I got there the next day, they weren't even at the shop! This isn't a close drive for me so the wasted time and gas was a disappointment. I am starting to see minor bubbles in my tint but overall they did a good job. I am just unhappy about the wrinkles, broken piece, and the severe scratches in the door frames. read more
