I'm so in love with this little Tiki lounge. Such a great atmosphere-a lot of attention to detail. Excellent drink list as well as beer in cans and on tap. The Tradewind and Chi Chi were refreshing. Our bartender was the best. You should add this to your list of places to visit in Spokane!

Very clever little spot here in the Spo. I love the space. It is definitely tiny. The vibes are all sorts of fun and vibrant in here. From the decor, to the lighting, to the menu, to the drinks...all of it is awesome! Tasty mai tais, and pina coladas, and all things vacay in your mouth! Super cozy and such a tropical feel that you have to appreciate in the winter that is for sure. The commitment to bringing the tropical vibes is so awesome, I am really a fan! It is a super cute addition to our little city.

Tiny is right. It definitely felt polynesian. Great vibe and music. The drinks not so much... they were like gasoline. No flavor, just alcohol. I couldn't finish first drink the Jungle Bird. I opted to try another drink the Painkiller. It was not sweet at all. I may try again cause I loved hanging out in there.

As a frequent visitor of the Caribbean and other tropical destinations I was missing my favorite island drinks in Spokane until now! This place makes the best authentic tropical drinks and for awhile makes you forget it's winter. The decor is cute and cozy definitely a great place to chill and pretend you're in paradise !

Are you looking to escape, yet not in the mood to drive? Your next tropical vacation awaits! The decor is so authentic seeming, the indoor palms blow in the breeze and boom your in a carribean hut! The atmosphere delivers as do the cocktails which have been carefully crafted by a knowledgeable owner who is passionate about her skill. I would highly recommend the painkiller and also the le croix cocktail, which were balanced and deadly ( no alcoholic burn like a good tiki drink should be). Spokane was long overdue for a joint like this. :)

Beautiful tiki themed baby size bar tucked on the outskirts of downtown Spokane. Decor is stunning, drinks are easy, breezy and laid back. The music is phenomenal. I heard a Pixies b side and pavement within minutes of each other. Go for the novelty, stay for the atmosphere.

This is a cool little place on Second Avenue. It has a tiki theme as the name suggests. It has rum and tropical drinks. No real food except goldfish crackers. The decor is great and the service has always been great when I have been there. If you like rum and tropical drinks it is definitely a place you should visit. The only downside is the part of town (definitely transitional and may not be the safest area late at night) and the fact that they open at 6 even on Friday. Many people like to meet for a drink earlier on Friday like 4:30/5 and this place doesn't open until 6. It's not like there is a neighborhood to enjoy before it opens as all the other businesses close at 5:30 and there are quite a few transients around so there isn't anywhere to hang out and wait till it opens. Other than these drawbacks its a great place!

The whole atmosphere is dark, cozy, moody, and feels more like a hidden lounge than a typical downtown bar. Between the lighting, music, books, and dramatic cocktail menus, the vibe alone makes the place worth visiting. We tried the espresso martini, Painkiller, and Bloody Verde. The espresso martini was smooth and easy to drink without being overly sweet, and the Painkiller had that creamy tropical flavor that somehow still worked with the darker speakeasy atmosphere. Keeping it honest though, the Bloody Verde just wasn't for me personally. I can still appreciate the creativity behind it, but the flavor combo just didn't match my taste buds. That being said, if you like savory spicy cocktails, you'd probably feel very differently about it. Service was friendly, drinks came out looking great, and the music really tied the whole experience together. Definitely feels like one of Spokane's more unique cocktail spots if you want something moodier and more relaxed.

The atmosphere was really enjoyable -- the space has a great vibe, the drinks were well made, and overall it feels like somewhere that could become a favorite spot downtown. The food was decent as well, though not especially memorable. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed the positives. From the moment we walked in, we felt more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests. The host greeted us while remaining seated at the bar and simply told us to "sit anywhere," which immediately set an odd tone. When I asked for paper menus, I was told they only use QR codes. Normally that wouldn't be a huge issue, but the menu was around 15 pages long with tiny font, making it frustrating to navigate on a phone. Once our food arrived, we essentially never saw our server again. No check-ins, no refill offers, no asking if we wanted another round of drinks -- nothing. Meanwhile, staff members were gathered at the bar loudly talking among themselves and openly complaining about being there, which was uncomfortable to listen to as customers trying to enjoy a night out. Eventually, we had to walk up to the front bar ourselves just to pay our bill. That was the most disappointing part because the restaurant truly has the foundation to be excellent. The ambiance and drinks are already there, but hospitality matters just as much as the food. A little attentiveness and genuine customer service would have completely changed the experience. We absolutely would have ordered more drinks and likely stayed longer if anyone had checked on us. Hopefully management takes service more seriously, because this place could be great with the right staff culture and attention to guests.

We arrived around 5:30pm and left around 8. When we arrived we immediately felt warm and cozy. The vibes are absolutely immaculate! There are plants and cute decor everywhere and the lighting is really soothing. We were shown to a table in the back that was more private and it really felt like we had our own little garden that we were hanging out in. The server was very nice and friendly. Both she and the other server or bartender were friendly and attentive. We ordered a bunch of drinks throughout the night. I had two pinky promises because I don't drink and they were absolutely delicious. They have some great mocktail options to choose from! We also got the hummus board and the bites board and they were fantastic! The hummus board had two rotating hummus options - one was a normal hummus and the other was a beet hummus. The pita chips seemed freshly made and were AMAZING. I wish I could take a bag to go with me! The bites board was also amazing and had some delicious cheeses. We asked to have the meats replaced with other things to make it vegetarian and it was fantastic. They should add it as a menu item, we loved every bit of it! It didn't feel like it had substitutions at all. We loved every second of our time there and kept saying how we wished it was local to us. This place is an absolute gem and I hope it gets more traction because of how wonderful it is. If I ever visit Spokane again I will absolutely be back here!

Being full of plants and dog friendly added to the appeal for our crew. The service and cocktails were top notch, though I was a little sad that most of the food options I was interested in were not available. The charcuterie and hummus plates were nice, and ample servings for our whole table. Our small group had a great experience, and I truly hope more people will recognize what a gem this place is!
