For those who have an instrument or two suffering as a result due to Vegas weather I have found a place of repair for you that is quick, affordable and does excellent work. I have played for over 60 years, have a lot of acoustic instruments and a few of them have suffered due to the Vegas weather. I found one luthier who was quite affordable ... but his bandage style repair work left a lot to be desired. I found another luthier with an astounding reputation ... but was available by appointment only and charged nearly what an instrument cost to do the repairs. Like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, I landed one that was just right on my third try. Vegas Guitars, located at 3975 W Quail Ave #4, Las Vegas, NV 89118 (702) 884-7490. Adam Pero is your go to guy for acoustic instrument repair. Anything from a fret buzz to a face split. His prices are reasonable; his work is quick and accurate. I've taken three instruments to him so far and been very happy with the results of al three. While waiting in the lobby for Adam to put some finishing touches on one of my instruments, I was able to observe Neil Smith working on an electric 6-string bass. He was testing the neck from top to bottom playing soft and loud. Then he turned his attention to the pick-ups. There was no question in my mind that he knew exactly what he was doing. I have a Tylor T5z. So far it has no issues, but I know where I will take it for repairs, should that ever become necessary.

This place was pretty dirty since the tenants didn't clean for their move out. 5 ladies showed up, which was unusual, so the whole job only took about an hour and a half. In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.
