Our family had a blast!!! 6 adults and 3 kids 5 and under cannot go many places and everyone stay happy! But we did yesterday!!! The staff was great so sweet to our little ones. I actually was shocked by how patient they were with people not following the rules or being obnoxious. I'm sure it gets crazier at night but from what I saw they did great! Even Rooty the mascot came out and we got pictures. The key for little kids is go early! It's not as crowded prices are better and you can really enjoy it! Family friendly environment, the staff is helpful and the music is appropriate. The mini golf is pretty typical. They have some AWESOME race tracks!!!! This was a great small stop to keep us busy on a cold Sunday afternoon. The family Go Cart track was really nice and I felt they kept cars at a safe distance to allow all players to enjoy themselves. The minigolf was also nice. Overall it was fun and I believe it to be fairly prices four mini gold players and four go cart riders for a little over $50. The track was a nice break from the beach. There was an area for small children to enjoy as long as they were about 36" tall. The arcade inside was also fun and had a nice variety of games. My 4 year old had fun since he was able to partake in several of the rides and games. My 2 year old couldn't do much other then the Farris wheel, merry go round, and bus ride. If you need a break from the beach, this is a fun place to go to and is decent priced. We ordered our credits online while at the Track and the email came right away, we received a discounted price purchasing them online. I liked that the credits included the rides as well as arcade games and mini golf. There are two courses for mini golf, the entrance to one course is before the ticket booth and was less busy since it the other courses (mountain course) was right next to the ticket booth and most people went to that one. read more

Terrible day out! We had a group of 28 people that came to have a great time only to be turned away. We were told we needed a reservation even though we called and got a group rate confirmed for us. Since when do you need a reservation to ride go karts and play mini golf. Absolutely terrible service we received on Saturday 9th Feb. We asked to speak to the manager, who refused to give her name and even then we're turned away. We could have had a great day out but instead they lost thousands of dollars and treated us like dirt. Don't waste your time coming here. You'll have a better time using your money for a shopping spree at the dollar store. read more

After looking over the reviews in the past, it's clear nothing has really changed here with the employee's attitudes. Had fun with the kids at the go-karts and blaster boats. Employees were great and very accommodating. However, the miniature golf was below average. Cups were aluminum and raised around the edges, not allowing well struck putts to go in. Hit a few good strokes into the left/right center of the cups that jumped over and outside of the hole. The best putter was not rewarded because of the holes. The holes lacked creativity and were pretty straightforward. Would come for the other activities, but not for the putt-putt. read more

This place rocked! We did the $50 package for 55 tickets and it was plenty for our family of four to have two hours of fun. We did the Woody Track with our 3/6 year olds , the Rookie track with our 6 year old, two rides, and arcade games. FYI- the arcade games are super fair. We walked in with 7 points on our card and left with 1680 tickets between a claw game and a fishing game. The kids picked out tons of goodies! We came here because we had a coupon in a coupon book. The lady at the desk said that we had to do it online and wasn't interested in helping us. So we did what she suggested and got online. There was not even a place on the website to put in the coupon code for $10 off of $50. We asked again and she went and got a manager. The manager was kind and showed the girl how to do the coupons, but because she made us do it online they couldn't do anything about it. Nothing was done to compensate us for the employees mistake. Even if they couldn't do a refund they should have compensated us with 10 free points for this lazy employees actions. We would not have spent the money for this many points had we not gotten a deal. If you want something to break up your time in town AND you have kiddos with you... this is the spot. We went when it opened at 10 AM with our 6 and 4 year old and they had a blast. I notice a lot of negative reviews with staff but we had a great experience. Staff was definitely there and available and friendly! We didn't have any issues . My only complaint probably is that the arcade wasn't really a arcade.... They had too many prize games where you essentially lost your $ trying to grab a prize with the claw. We did the $200 deal online for 250 points. Definitely get your point card online before going . You can split up the points on different cards so it's easier for kiddos when splitting rides etc. read more

Note: this review based on the mini golf course, which is what we came for. First, the good: The landscaping is neat, plenty of plants, bridges, faux rock features, water features, and a good amount of height-changing terrain. Not just a flat open course. Aesthetically, it was neat. On the bad: Of the two available courses, one was closed (the "Island" course). The other (the "Mountain" course) had 1 of its holes also closed, so we only had a partial course actually open, and discovered this after paying. The remaining open holes on that Mountain course had several in disrepair, with the greens peeling up, and some of the goal cups were bent at the edges which a couple time bounced a ball off a direct shot. Beyond that, all the holes were apparently par 3, so more variety would be nice. A couple holes sort of broke that paradigm by having multi-layered holes, which necessitated more shots, but didn't manage to feel quite like a par-4 or par-5 either, as they were extremely "directed" i.e. shoot directly into this pipe, with no skill or control over where it comes out. Sort of Plinko, if you see what I mean. We did actually end up playing backwards through the island course, after we finished the Mountain course. The last hole of either will take your ball, so watch out for that if you intend to mess around with both. We discovered at the end that the Island course was closed, but only at the front I guess, so playing backwards we didn't find out until we'd already been through it. Oh well. Between both courses, I guess we sort of got one functional course, but this place need a lot of repairs frankly. Could also use some strategic re-works to make it feel more skill based, and less luck based. Finally, they really need arrows on the ground showing the way forward from one hole to the next, some signs had already peeled off completely. Overall, I think with some work it could be a good place. From a distance it looks neat, and the aesthetic IS neat, the actual course just needs work. read more

Someone on Pinterest suggested this spot. Fun little place for the kids to enjoy. They have an arcade. Bumper cars. Golf. Baby swings. Race tracks for small kids and older ones etc. I enjoyed the bumper boats. The only downfall about this spot is it needs a face lift. The rides are pretty old. Therefore, they're kind of slow. And the cars on the smaller race track kept stopping and needed a push. That poor attendant lol. Upside: not over crowded. We experienced very low wait times. In addition, it's not overly expensive. This was a great spot to spend the day as a family. We got there @ noon and spent 2.5 hours there for 100.00 for our family 4 to ride all the go cart tracks and bumper boats and bumper cars and a few of the kiddie rides for my 5 year old. We also played a few games in the arcade but not many because they seemed rigged and wasn't going to waste a ton on a cheap toy I can get @ the dollar store. My friends and I are here in Destin, FL on vacation and heard about 'The Track' as a fun day outing. We decided to go on Saturday, February 9, 2018 and were promised a group rate over the phone; then they refused to honor it and turned us away when we showed up because we "didn't have a reservation in advance." There was 28 of us and they could've made over $1,000 in ticket purchases and food. I wasn't aware that you needed to have a reservation to go to a go-kart/ mini golf facility. Also, if this was the case why would we be told we could get a group rate over the phone, but not be notified that we needed to make a reservation...? The blonde haired "manager" also refused to give us her name when we asked, this horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. This place is way overpriced. It was $102 for four of us to ride three tracks, one time. Each ride is only 4 mins. long. That is so much money for 12 mins of fun! Even so, we decided to do it, for the experience. We won't be back, at their current prices. The multi level track and drift track were the best tracks here and the only two we would ever consider doing again, if they dropped their prices. The arcade is really nice. It is not a trip to Destin if we don't come here! We have been coming here so many years we've literally seen this place grown and expand. Truly there's something for everyone with the go-karts, bumper cars, arcade games, mini golf, and more! Here's some tips though... go early, not late! And before you go, check the website out for any ticket discounts. Purchase your tickets online and skip the line to get your card when you get there. Don't think you'll be here for only an hour...this place is FUN and time easily flies. Be warned, even with discounts this is not a "cheap" Place. Pretty cool place! We played Video Games, Mini Golf, & two of the golf-cart tracks. It's pretty expensive for what you get (7-9$ to ride the go-carts), but that's to be expected for a place like Destin, FL I imagine. The spiral, wood go-cart track was awesome! It was less expensive than the other one and way better track too. My husband and his friends played Mini-golf and had a good time. The only negative part of it is the annoying automatic "frog" noises throughout the mini golf course. I know they are trying to create the affect of animals in/near the water, but the noise was really obnoxious. Either get rid of the sounds effects or get real animals. ;) The Track was a great place to go with some friends late in the evening and hang out after laying on the beach all day! :) read more

We had a very fun time here, spent a little over 2 hours. got a good discount code online. i like the amount of go kart tracks, has the most out of any other one in the area and it also has two mini golf courses, an all in one park. my favorite go kart track was the three story one, that was pretty cool. the arcade was more fun than i expected but i have to dock a star because the staff were rude, the broads at the arcade redemption area laughed in my face when i didnt know i needed the empty points card to redeem tickets. also, for anyone worried about the scamdemic, don't come here, a few of the staff members were patriots (aka didnt wear a mask when the company requires them to) but i don't mind personally. all in all, a very nice addition to our trip to Destin. read more

We mainly went for the go karts, the 3 story one was pretty cool. One thing I would recommend, staff should go over which ones are the breaks and acceleration (younger kids especially). Obviously the recording playing over on the intercom did not help about coming in slowly. My older brother got bumped twice in a row very hard at the end of the laps. The staff at the go carts (mostly young 16-20 year old guys) did a phenomenal job of sanitizing the go carts between riders! Our kids enjoyed the decor and ambiance as well as the different games and attractions. It was a little dated and not maned very well.
