I got my cartridge refilled within minutes after walking into the store. Amin was able to fix the problem when my printer at first didn't handle the refilled cartridge. The store is small, pleasant, without and 'entertainment' humming away in the background. Amin is friendly, courteous and helpful. I adjusted and they updated the quote just as fast. When I went ahead with the purchase, they quoted me a time they'd have it ready by. It was five days do to a couple of special orders. They were right on time! I don't remember the last time anyone did that. As I was filling out my warranties for each part, I found out one of the portions of a serial number (called CHK) of the motherboard was obstructed by other components. Edward, of Everbest came to my house to help me access it free of charge. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough.

A year ago, I bought a Dell tower with 64GB RAM and 1 TB SSD memory. Also purchased 3 year warranty…read morefor $74.00. Last week, the disc drive died. I took it back, assuming that Canada Computers would replace the disc under the warranty. Instead, they said they would give me a store credit for the original purchase price. The problem is, the increase in memory costs (since I bought my original tower) means that one cannot purchase an equivalent replacement at anywhere near my original price. In the end I had to buy a new tower with half the RAM and memory of my original tower for $142 on top of the store credit. In addition, they would not reimburse any of my unused warranty, not even allowing me to transfer the unused two years to my new purchase. And of course, they hung onto the old tower, presumably to harvest it for parts. So when Canada Computer offers you a warranty, make sure you know what they are, and are not, offering. Don't assume (as I did) that they will repair your unit or replace it with a comparable unit. You will be disappointed.

In early February 2023, I took my 2015 Mac to him because it would not function any longer on 256GB of storage. He didn't need to keep it for long. He put in a bigger drive and transferred the data from old to new. It arrived in my hands with the data looking exactly the way it did when I took it in. The difference is it has room to run. Two weeks in and it runs well. With the added room, he installed the next OS, and took a photo showing layers of dust that was compromising the functioning of an interior fan.
