I had a great experience with Sue Heidelberger. We only had a few weeks to get our trip to New Zealand booker and I had no idea what to do. I was too busy with work to allot the time it takes to research a vacation so I found Sue. She specializes in NZ AND Australia. She helped me put our trip together so quickly and efficiently! I really could t have done it without her. She went above and beyond to make sure our tickets to Hobbiton were booked and secure over the weekend hours. She helped me pick the best activities for our family and always let me know that if I needed more help or more suggestions to just let her know. I would recommend her to anyone planning a trip to NZ! We will use her again for our trip to the South Island. read more

I really appreciate the expert advice and help in planning my travel experiences. If they don't have an answer for me they have connections that do. The staff is cheerful and very welcoming. I have dealt with the Jacksonville location and and Dorothy in the past. She has retired and now I deal with Sue or Julia. I am looking forward to my next vacation with great anticipation. read more

Do not trust these people. Once they had my money they refused to return my calls and when I did get a hold of them they were extremely rude and wouldn't assist me. Annette is the worst. read more

I booked a 10-night cruise on Vision of the Seas at the Palm Coast office as Lindsay was not available in Jacksonville. Mina took care of my booking and did a great job. The travel arrangements to the ship by bus from the Knights of Columbus in Palm Coast were great and it saved us driving to and parking at the port of Tampa. It was nice to be able to leave our car at the Knights of Columbus as they provided free parking. Travel Leaders also hosted a cocktail party aboard the ship for our group of 96. We booked another 10-night cruise Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas with Travel Leaders upon our return. Seven night cruises are too short for me. We will be traveling with the Knights of Columbus January 2017. I am posting photos of the cruise aboard Vision on my Facebook page. read more

I have used Travel Leaders in Palm Coast extensively over the last 5 years. They are very helpful and responsive. They provide expert advice on hotels, flights and cruise itineraries. They also construct cruise packages from Palm Coast with negotiated pricing and a bus direct from Palm Coast to the cruise port. I have worked primarily with Lindsay but have also worked with Sue and Denise. They are all very helpful and responsive. Our travel arrangements to Jacksonville, Florida and New York City were handled very expertly by the staff here. They were recommended by a friend living in Palm Coast. The Blakely hotel that they booked us in New York City was a real gem, We are booked on a cruise out Ft. Lauderdale and look forward to reporting on it. read more
